Literary and cultural programs started at Arts Council District Central with Natia Mushaira

According to the vision of President Ahmed Shah, the members will be provided facilities for all kinds of literary social and family events, said Bashir Sadozai.

7th April 2023: Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi District Central started academic literary and cultural events with Natia Mushaira. Chand Ali, Afzal Shah, Tanveer Sukhan, Yasir Saeed, Shahnaz Rizvi, Dr. Prof. Muhammad Iqbal, Syed Shaiq Shahab, Mustafa Ayoub, Sahibzada Atiqur Rehman, Umat Al Hai Wafa, Nazar Fatemi participated in the Natia Mushaira.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Literary Organization Niazmandan e Karachi. Sajid Rizvi was the president of Mushaira and special guests Syed Asif Raza Rizvi and Professor Dr. Mirza Saleem Baig (Hyderabad) were the guests of honor Rehana Rohi and Najma Usman London. Chairman of Niaz Mandan Karachi, Raunq Hayat said in his welcome speech that Muhammad Ahmad Shah has done a great service to literature by establishing the Regional Arts Council. He said that every possible support will be given to make the arts council established in Central a success. Resident Director Bashir Sadozai said that according to the vision of President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah, Arts Councils are being established in every district to provide facilities to poets, writers and artists living in the suburbs of Karachi. . The Arts Council established at District Central is providing event facilities free of cost to members for events and government schools to organize programes. He said that members would also have the facility to organize family events while he said that any writer-artist can approach to organize an event for his works.
