Here, everyone can express themselves without fear or apprehension. He emphasized that the Arts Council stands against the notion that art and culture equate to indecency. He mentioned that children who work in factories till late at night are the ones who enhance their professions and talents.
We do not take money from them; rather, we want to see them at a position they deserve. We want new talent to emerge, and the Arts Council’s cooperation is always with such children. Renowned dancer Wahab Shah stated that nearly a hundred individuals auditioned for Dance Junction, many of whom had never performed on stage before.
Today, they have the opportunity to perform alongside proficient instructors from the Arts Council’s platform. He emphasized that today’s youth are the owners of creative abilities. I encourage the youth to come to the Arts Council and showcase their art. The event featured a variety of solo performances and dance groups, captivating the audience. The spectacular finale by dance maestro Wahab Shah and enchanting dances to golden era songs of the 70s by Nazia Hassan, Sajjad Ali, and Abrar Ul Haq added further charm to the Dance Junction, leaving the audience mesmerized.
