کراچی () آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے انتخابات برائے سال 2023-2024ءکے نتائج کے حوالے سے پریس کانفرنس آڈیٹوریم IIمیں ہوئی جس میں کمشنر کراچی و چیف الیکشن کمشنر محمد اقبال نے بریفنگ دی۔ اس موقع پر ڈپٹی کمشنرڈسٹرکٹ ساﺅتھ سعید لغاری بھی موجود تھے، کمشنر کراچی محمد اقبال میمن نے کہاکہ اس نتائج کا پوری دنیا کو پہلے سے معلوم تھا، میں بحیثیت چیف الیکشن کمشنر احمد شاہ ،اعجاز فاروقی پینل کو بلامقابلہ جیت پر مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں، انتخابات 18 دسمبر کو ہونے تھے مگر مذکورہ پینل کے مدمقابل کوئی نہیں تھا، انہوں نے احمد شاہ کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ آپ کی کاوشیں ایسی ہوں گی کہ لوگوں نے عزت دی، ہم نے پہلے بھی کہا تھا کہ ہم مساوی طور پر حق رائے دہی چاہتے ہیں، بلا مقابلہ منتخب ہونا بھی جمہوریت کا خوبصورت عمل ہے اور جن لوگوں نے سوچا کہ الیکشن پر اخراجات ہوں گے یہ اچھی سوچ ہے، انہوں نے کہاکہ ادیب ہمیں سیکھاتے ہیں کہ معاشرے کو آگے کیسے لے کر چلنا ہے، جو ذمہ دار لوگ ہیں وہ اس ذمہ داری کو نبھاتے رہیں گے، میں ہمیشہ دیکھتا ہوں کہ احمد شاہ ،اعجاز فاروقی پینل سے لوگ محبت کرتے ہیں، جو لوگ معاشرتی تقریب کے لیے کام کر رہے ہیں اگر ان کی پذیرائی نہیں کریں گے مطلب ہم زندہ قوم نہیں ہیں، ہم میں آگے بڑھنے کی لگن ہے، مجھے خوشی ہے ہم پڑھے لکھے لوگوں سے محبت کرتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہاکہ آرٹس کونسل کراچی اتنے پروگرام کراتی ہے کہ ایک کیلنڈر مرتب ہونا چاہیے، کراچی فنون لطیفہ کا حب بن چکا ہے، ہمیں مثبت باتیں کرنی چاہیے، انہوں نے کہاکہ مجھے آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی پر فخر ہے، لاہور آرٹ کا محور تھا ہم نے اسے اوورٹیک کرلیا ہے، آج وہ ہم سے پوچھ رہے ہیں کہ اتنے کام کیسے کرتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہاکہ حکومت سندھ کا تعاون ہمیشہ آپ کے ساتھ ہے اور آگے بھی رہے گا، بلامقابلہ منتخب ہونے والوں میں محمد احمد شاہ (صدر)، منور سعید (نائب صدر)، اعجاز احمد فاروقی(سیکریٹری)، نورالہدیٰ شاہ (جوائنٹ سیکریٹری)، قدسیہ اکبر(خازن) جبکہ گورننگ باڈی میں سید اسجد بخاری، قیصر سجاد، ہما میر، اخلاق احمد، سید شہزاد رضا نقوی، سید ساجد حسن، عنبرین حسیب ، غازی صلاح الدین، محمد ایوب شیخ، نصرت حارث، فرخ تنویر، اور شہنازوزیر اعلیٰ شامل ہیں۔ صدر آرٹس کونسل محمد احمد شاہ نے کہاکہ میں ان سب کا شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں، یہ ایسا ادارہ ہے جس میں ساڑھے چھ ہزار ووٹر ہیں جس میں سے ایک ہزار صحافی ہیں، کوئی کھڑا نہیں ہوا، پچھلے انتخابات میں سو سوا سو ووٹ مخالفت میں پڑ جاتے تھے لیکن اب انہوں نے بھی یہی سوچا کہ آرٹس کونسل کام کر رہا ہے یہ مجھ پر اور میرے ساتھیوں پرایک اعتماد ہے، اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ سو فیصد لوگوں نے ہمیں ووٹ دیا، میں نے جو وعدے کیے تھے اس سے کہیں زیادہ کام کیا ہے، ادارے کو اس سے بھی آگے لے جانا چاہتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہاکہ میں آپ سے وعدہ کرتا ہوں آپ جب بھی اس ادارے کے بارے میں سنیں گے یہ ایسے ہی رواں دواں رہے گا، انہوں نے کہاکہ اس بار گورننگ باڈی میں کچھ تبدیلیاں کی ہیں ، بلامقابلہ منتخب ہونے کے بعد مجھ پر بہت بھاری ذمہ داری عائد ہوگئی ہے، کووڈ اور سیلاب میں جس طرح آرٹس کونسل کراچی نے کام کیا سب آپ کے سامنے ہے، اسی وجہ سے ممبران کا اعتماد بھی زیادہ ہوگیا، انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم کل جناح کلچرل کمپلیکس کا افتتاح بھی کریں گے اور اردو کانفرنس کو عالمی سطح پر لے کرجارہے ہیں۔

The Arts Council of Pakistan held a press conference in Auditorium II regarding the results of the Karachi elections for the year 2023-2024 in which Commissioner Karachi and Chief Election Commissioner Muhammad Iqbal gave a briefing. Deputy Commissioner District South Saeed Laghari was also present on this occasion. Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon said that the whole world already knew the results. The elections were to be held on December 18 but there was no one in opposition.

This is an organization that has 6 and a Half Thousand voters, one thousand of whom are journalists. No one stood up. In the previous elections, only one hundred votes were against.” But now they also thought that the Arts Council is working. It is a vote of confidence in me and my colleagues. It means that 100 percent of the people voted for us, more than the promises I made. کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے جاری پندرہویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے آخری روز ’’اختتامی اجلاس‘‘ کے مہمان خصوصی گورنر سندھ کامران خان ٹیسوری تھے جبکہ اجلاس میں کمشنر کراچی محمد اقبال میمن، سیکریٹری آرٹس کونسل پروفیسر اعجاز فاروقی اور گورننگ باڈی کے دیگر اراکین سمیت معروف شاعر، ادیب اور دیگر نمایاں شخصیات بھی موجود تھیں، اجلاس سے گورنر سندھ اور سہیل وڑائچ نے بھی خطاب کیا، اجلاس کی نظامت کرتے ہوئے ڈاکٹر ہما میر نے پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کا مختصر جائزہ پیش کیا اور کانفرنس کی شاندار کامیابی پر محمد احمد شاہ اور ان کی ٹیم کو مبارکباد پیش کی، اس موقع پر اردو زبان وادب کے فروغ کے لیے 14 قراردادیں پیش کی گئیں جن کی حاضرین نے ہاتھ کھڑا کر کے منظوری دی ، ان قراردادوں میں اردو کو سرکاری زبان بنانے کے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے پر جلد از جلد عملدرآمد ، ملک میں لائبریری کلچر کے فروغ کے لیے اقدامات ، کتابوں کی اشاعت کے لئے پرنٹ پیپر کی دستیابی ، جدید ذرائع ابلاغ تک نئی نسل کی رسائی ، جامعات میں تراجم کے اداروں کا قیام ، ملک میں تعلیمی نظام کی بہتری کے لیے اقدامات ، شدت اور انتہا پسندی کے خاتمے کے لیے اقدامات ، کشمیر اور دیگر جگہوں پر میں انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کی مذمت، جمہوریت اور اظہار رائے کی آزادی کی حمایت، نوجوانوں کو ملک کے ثقافتی ورثے کا محافظ بنانے اور ان کی فکری رہنمائی ، جنوبی ایشیا میں ترقی و خوشحالی کے لیے وسائل کی ہتھیاروں کی تیاری کے بجائے لوگوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے خرچ کرنے ، جنوبی ایشیا کے ادیبوں ، فنکاروں اور سائنس دانوں کے درمیان رابطے آسان کرنے اور آرٹس کونسل کراچی میں عالمی اردو کانفرنس سمیت دیگر علمی و ادبی سرگرمیوں کو جاری رکھنے کے متعلق قراردادیں شامل تھیں۔ گورنر سندھ کامران خان ٹیسوری نے عالمی اردو کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ احمدشاہ اور ان کے ساتھیوں نے کراچی میں بڑے پیمانے پر علمی و ادبی سرگرمیوں کی بنیاد رکھ کر قابل قدر کام کیا ہے جس کی جتنی بھی تعریف کی جائے کم ہے ،اس طرح کے پروگرام لوگوں کو باہم جوڑنے اور قومی یکجہتی کے فروغ میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں، میں امید کرتا ہوں کہ مستقبل میں بھی آرٹس کونسل کراچی اسی طرز پر شاندار علمی و ادبی کانفرنسیں اور دیگر پروگرام منعقد کرتی رہے گی۔اختتامی اجلاس میں آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کے صدر احمد شاہ نے تمام مہمانوں اور حاضرین کا شکریہ ادا کیا، قبل ازیں اختتامی اجلاس میں معروف مزاح نگار انور مقصود نے “اکیسویں صدی کا پاکستان” کے حوالے سے مخصوص دلچسپ انداز میں کہا کہ آرٹس کونسل کراچی کے صدر احمد شاہ نے جتنے بڑے بڑے کام کئے اس کے لیے تمغہ امتیاز کی ضرورت نہیں تھی، یہ تمغہ اس سے کہیں کمتر کاموں پر بھی مل جاتا ہے ،وہ اس بے ادبی کے دور میں علم و ادب کے فروغ کے لیے کام کر رہے ہیں ، پاکستان میں غریب حکمرانوں سے کہتے ہیں ہمیں بدنام نہ کریں باہر جا کر اپنے لئے مانگیں، پہلے عالمی اردو کانفرنس میں ہندوستان سے شاعر اور ادیب آتے تھے اب صرف دھمکیاں آ رہی ہیں، پاکستان میں بہت غربت اور بدحالی ہے کسی کو احساس ہی نہیں ہم کیا کر رہے ہیں، احمد شاہ صاحب کہتے ہیں لوگوں کو خوش کرو میں کہتا ہوں حکومت کا کام مجھ سے کیوں کراتے ہیں،اجلاس سے قبل سندھی کلچر ڈے کی مناسبت سے سندھ کی روایتی موسیقی بھی پیش کی گئی جس کے دوران پر جوش شائقین نے مقبول سندھی گیتوں کی دھنوں پر رقص کیا اور سندھ کلچرل ڈے منایا۔

“Concluding Session” of Fifteenth Aalmi Urdu Conference in Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi.

KARACHI ( ) Governor of Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori was the chief guest of the closing session of the fifteenth Aalmi Urdu Conference, while Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Secretary Arts Council Prof. Ejaz Farooqui and other members of the governing body including well-known poets, writers and other prominent personalities were also present in the meeting. Governor Sindh and Sohail Waraich also addressed the meeting, while organizing the meeting, Dr. Huma Mir gave a brief overview of the fifteenth Aalmi Urdu Conference and congratulated Muhammad Ahmad Shah and his team for the great success of the conference. constitution article regarding Urdu as national language availability of print paper for publication of books, access of new generation to modern media resources, establishment of translation institutions in universities, measures to improve the education system in the country, elimination of violence and extremism in Kashmir and other places Condemning human rights violations, supporting democracy and freedom of expression, making the youth custodians of the country’s cultural heritage and guiding them
intellectually, instead of preparing weapons, provision of resources for development and prosperity in South Asia and people’s welfare facilitating communication between writers, artists and scientists of South Asia and continuing other academic and literary activities including the International Urdu Conference at the Arts Council Karachi. In the closing session, the President of Arts Council of Pakistan Ahmed Shah thanked all the guests and attendees, earlier in the closing session, well-known comedian Anwar Maqsood said in a particularly interesting way regarding “Pakistan of the 21st Century” that Arts Council Karachi President Ahmed Shah did not need a Tamgah-e-Imityaz for the great works he did, this medal is given even for lesser works. کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے چوتھے اور آخری روز ’’اکیسویں صدی میں فنون کی صورتحال‘‘ کے موضوع پر عکسی مفتی، اسٹیفن ایم لیون، نیلوفر عباسی، بی گل، شاہد رسام، خالد احمد نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا جبکہ نظامت کے فرائض کیف غزنوی نے ادا کئے۔ معروف افسانہ نگار و شاعر عکسی مفتی نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ٹیکنالوجی کے جدید دور میں ہمیں 5th جنریشن وار کا مقابلہ کرنا ہوگا، اپنی ثقافت و روایات کو برقرار رکھنے کے لئے ذمہ داری کا ثبوت دیتے ہوئے اپنی دھرتی، لباس،زبان اور ثقافت کو پیار کرنے سے ہم ایک قوم بن سکتے ہیں کیونکہ پچیس سال کے دوران آگے بڑھنے کے شوق میں ہماری ثقافت، موسیقی، آرٹ، تعمیرات اور دستکاری کا فن پیچھے رہ گیا ہے جوکہ ہمارے لئے لمحہ فکریہ ہے، جس کے قصور وار ہم سب ہیں۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ٹیکنالوجی کے استعمال کے باعث ہم خطرات میںمبتلا ہوگئے اور اس کے ہم سب قصور وار ہیں لہٰذا ماضی کی ثقافت اور آرٹ کو بچانے کے لئے ہم سب کو اپنا کردار بخوبی ادا کرنا ہوگا۔ عکسی مفتی نے آرٹس کونسل کے صدر احمد شاہ اور ان کی ٹیم کو کامیابی سے ہمکنار ہونے والی عالمی اردو کانفرنس پر مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ کانفرنس کے انعقاد سے اردو ادب کی مختلف جہتوں پر گفتگو کا شاندار موقع میسر آیا۔ معروف آرٹسٹ و مجسمہ ساز شاہد رسام نے کہا کہ موجود زمانے میں بھیڑ چال کی وجہ سے اپنا ماضی بھولتے جارہے ہیں مگر نشیب و فراز کے باوجود ہم سب کو آگے کی جانب بڑھنا ہوگا۔ انہوں نے کہا یہ بات خوش آئند ہے کہ پاکستان میں فائن آرٹ تنزلی کی نہیں بلکہ ترقی کی جانب گامزن ہے۔ میڈیا کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ منفی رجحان کے بجائے مثبت رجحان کو اجاگر کرے۔ بی گل نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی میں فنون کی صورتحال تبدیل ہوگئی ہے، سوشل میڈیا نے فنون پر گہرے اثرات چھوڑے ہیں لیکن اس کے باوجود ٹیلی وژن کی اپنی اہمیت برقرار ہے کیونکہ پاکستان کے 65 فیصد علاقوں میں پاکستان ٹیلی وژن رسائی کا واحد ذریعہ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ علاقائی ٹیلی وژن کا ختم ہوجانا ایک المیہ ہے اگر ہم علاقائی میڈیا کو بحال رکھتے تو آج جن رجحانات سے سابقہ ہے وہ نہیں ہوتا کیونکہ علاقائی میڈیا پاکستانی عوام کو ایک لڑی میں پروتا ہے ۔ معروف اداکارہ نیلوفر عباسی نے کہا کہ وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ سب چیزیں بدل جاتی ہیں اور توقع ہے کہ اگلے دس برس میں مزید تیزی سے تبدیلیاں آئیں گی لہٰذا ہمیں مستقبل قریب میں آنے والی تبدیلیوں کے لئے اپنے آپ کو تیار رکھنا ہوگا۔ اسٹیفن ایم لیون نے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی میں فنون کی تمام اصناف پر تبدیلیاں ضرور آئی ہیں اس کے نقصانات اپنی جگہ مگر جدید ٹیکنالوجی کے باعث ہمارے غم اور خوشیاں ایک دوسرے کے لئے مشترکہ ہوگئیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ گلوبل میڈیا کے دور میں ایک بڑا تضاد سامنے آیا ہے کہ وہ باتیں جو شہروں میں قابل توجہ نہیں ہوتیں وہ دیہاتوں میں معیوب سمجھی جاتی ہیں۔ خالد احمد نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ فنون میں تبدیلیوں کے باوجود یہ کہنا غلط ہوگا کہ آرٹ جوانوں، بوڑھوں اور ادھیڑ عمر کے لوگوں کے لئے مختلف ہوتا ہے جبکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ آرٹس عمروں کی تخلیق سے بالاتر اور یکساں ہوتا ہے۔

Karachi ( ) On the fourth and last day of the 15th Aalmi Urdu Conference in Karachi Uxi Mufti, Stephen M. Levin, Nelofar Abbasi, B.Gul, Shahid Rasam, Khalid Ahmed expressed their views on the topic of “Situation of Arts in the 21st Century”. while Kaif Ghaznavi performed the administrative duties. Well-known fiction writer and poet Uxi Mufti said that in the modern era of technology, we have to fight the 5th generation war, showing responsibility to maintain our
culture and traditions, our land, clothes, language and culture. We can become a nation by loving it because in our rush to move forward for twenty-five years, our culture, music, art, architecture and crafts have been left behind, for which we are all guilty. . He further said that due to the use of technology, we have been exposed to dangers and we are all guilty of it, so we all have to play our role to save the culture and art of the past. Uxi Mufti while congratulating Arts Council President Ahmed Shah and his team on the success of the Aalmi Urdu Conference said that holding the conference provided a great opportunity to discuss various aspects of Urdu literature. Renowned artist and sculptor Shahid Rasam said that in the present age, people are forgetting their past because of their tricks, but despite the setbacks, we all have to move forward. He said that it is gratifying that fine art in Pakistan is not going towards decline but progress. It is the responsibility of the media to highlight the positive trend instead of the negative trend. Bee Gul while speaking said that the situation of arts has changed in the 21st century, social media has left a profound impact on arts but despite this television still has its importance because Pakistan television reaches 65% of the areas of Pakistan. He said that the demise of regional television is a tragedy, if we had restored the regional media, the current trends would not have happened, because the regional media linked the people to each other. Renowned actress Neelofar Abbasi said that everything changes with time and it is expected that there will be more rapid changes in the next ten years, so we have to prepare
ourselves for the changes that are coming in the near future. Stephen M. Levin said that in the 21st century, there have been changes in all genres of art, its losses are in place, but due to modern technology, our sorrows and joys have been shared for each other. He said that in the
era of global media, a big contradiction has emerged that things which are not noticeable in cities are considered bad in villages. Khalid Ahmed said that despite the changes in the arts, it would be wrong to say that art is different for young, old and middle-aged people, whereas the reality is that Art is above the creation of ages.

کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میںپندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے چوتھے اور آخری روز “سخن افتخار۔ کلیات افتخار عارف” کے سیشن میں مقبول و معروف شاعر افتخار عارف نے کہا کہ میں کوئی درویش وغیرہ نہیں بس ایک ambitious سا آدمی ہوں ، میں نے اپنے لیے زندگی کا ایک دائرہ بنایا جس کا تعلق کسی مسلک یا گروپ سے نہیں، انہوں نے حاضرین کی فرمائش پر اپنی مقبول غزلوں اور نظموں سے انتخاب بھی پیش کیا اور اپنی کلیات کے لیے تقریب کے انعقاد پر آرٹس کونسل کے صدر احمد شاہ کا شکریہ ادا کیا، اس موقع پر ڈاکٹر نعمان الحق ، ناصر عباس نیر اور ظفر مسعود نے افتخار عارف کی شاعری پر اظہار خیال کیا جبکہ نظامت کے فرائض ڈاکٹر عنبرین حسیب عنبر نے انجام دیئے، ظفر مسعود نے کہا کہ بینک آف پنجاب کو “کلیات افتخار عارف”اسپانسر کرنے کا شرف حاصل ہوا جو ہمارے لیے فخر کی بات ہے، گوپی چند نارنگ نے انہیں نئی تنہائیوں کا درد مند شاعر کہا اس سے بہتر ان کی تعریف نہیں ہو سکتی ، افتخار عارف نے اپنی شاعری میں بے مثال پیغام دیئے ہیں، انہوں نے کہا کہ فضائی حادثے میں معجزانہ طور پر بچ جانے کے بعد جس کیفیت سے گذرے اس میں افتخار عارف کی شاعری نے بہت حوصلہ اور سہارا دیا، ناصر عباس نیر نے کہا کہ ہر دور پر کسی بڑے شاعر کا سایہ ہوتا ہے ہمیں فخر ہے کہ ہمیں افتخار عارف کا دور ملا ، افتخار عارف کی کلیات میں خواب کو زندگی کے مرکزی استعارے کے طور پر پیش کیا گیا پھر اس کے ساتھ دعا کا استعارہ بھی ہے، انہوں نے کلیات افتخار عارف سے منتخب حصے سنائے اور کہا کہ ان سے باطل قوتوں سے نبرد آزما ہونے کی قوت ملتی ہے ، افتخار عارف کی شاعری میں تخلیقی رو نمایاں نظر آتی ہے ، ان کی شاعری سے غزل اور نظم کے فرق کا پتہ چلتا ہے ، افتخار کی نظم میں مختلف قسم کی نغمگی ہے ،افتخار عارف وہ بڑے شاعر ہیں جو دو ادوار کے درمیان ہیں اور انہیں ملانے کا غیر معمولی کام کر رہے ہیں، ڈاکٹر نعمان الحق نے کہا کہ کلیات افتخار عارف کی اشاعت تاریخی واقعہ ہے، ان کی زندگی کے شخصی پہلو میں ہجرتیں شامل ہیں،جبکہ شاعرانہ پہلو انتہائی منفرد اور دلکش ہے، وہ نہایت فنکاری سے اپنی بات اوروں تک پہنچانے میں کمال رکھتے ہیں، اکثر لگتا ہے وہ ہمیں اپنا ہمراز بنا کر بات کر رہے ہیں جس سے قاری کو ان سے اپنائیت کا احساس ہوتا ہے، ان کی نظمیں تخیل اور تدبر کو امکانی پہلو عطا کرتی ہیں۔

کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے جاری پندرہویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے آخری روز ’’اکیسویں صدی میں سندھی ادب اور زبان‘‘ کے موضوع پر منعقدہ سیشن میں اعلان کیا گیا کہ عالمی اردو کانفرنس کی طرح عالمی سندھی کانفرنس کا انعقاد بھی زیر غور ہے۔ سندھی ادب کا خطے میں بہت اہم کردار ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار سندھی ادیبوں اور دانشوروں نے ’’ اکیسویں صدی میں سندھی ادب اور زبان ‘‘ کے موضوع پر منعقدہ سیشن سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ سیشن سے نورالہدی شاہ، مدد علی سندھی، جامی چانڈیو، یوسف خشک، زید پیرزادو نے خطاب کیا۔ سیشن کی نظامت کے فرائض ڈاکٹر ایوب شیخ نے سر انجام دیئے۔ ڈاکٹر ایوب شیخ نے بتایا کہ عالمی سندھی کانفرنس کا انعقاد زیر غور ہے۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ نوجوان سندھی افسانہ نویس ناول نویس اور شاعر بہت ہی زبردست ادب تخلیق کر رہے ہیں۔ سندھی ادب جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے ہم آہنگ ہے۔ آج گوگل سندھی ترجمہ کر رہا ہے۔ اکیسویں صدی میں سندھی زبان کو پھر بھی بہت سارے چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے لیکن ایسا بالکل بھی نہیں ہے کہ سندھی زبان ختم ہوجائے گی۔ سندھ کے نوجوان تخلیق کار مایوس نہیں ہیں۔ معروف ڈرامہ نویس نورالہدی شاہ کہا کہ میں سمجھتی ہوں کہ جو ادب اپنی زمین سے جڑی ہوئی ہے اس ادب کو اپنی زمین سے کوئی بھی نہیں اکھاڑ سکتا۔

کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں جاری پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے سیشن ’’نیا میڈیا نئے تقاضے‘‘ میں خطاب کرتے ہوئے معروف صحافیوں نے کہا کہ میڈیا ہی نہیں ٹیکنالوجی ہر شعبہ میں تبدیلی لائی لیکن ہماری سوسائٹی کے کسی بھی طبقے نے اس کی افادیت سمجھنے کی کوشش نہیں کی سوائے ایک جماعت کے۔ یوٹیوب اور جدید میڈیا کی یلغار صرف پاکستان کا مسئلہ ہی نہیں بلکہ ساری دنیا کا مسئلہ ہے اور اس میں وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ بہتری آئے گی۔ عاصمہ شیرازی نے کہا کہ یوٹیوبر بہت معروف ہو رہے ہیں اور لوگ ان کے پیچھے جاتے ہیں۔میں بھی یوٹیوبر ہوں کیوں کہ ہم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ لوگوں تک پہنچنا ہے جو میرے خلاف جھوٹ تھا اس کا توڑ میں نے یوٹیوب کے ذریعے دیا۔ آج بھی لوگ سچ سننا چاتے ہیں سچ کو پسند کرتے ہیں۔ سکرات کو سچ کی تلاش میں زہر پینا پڑا۔ میڈیا کو جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق استعمال کرنا چاہیے۔ جب قانون کے خلاف اور آمریت ہو تو صحافی کو سچ کا ساتھ دینا چاہیے۔اویس توحید نے کہا کہ سوشل میڈیا نے پاکستانی صحافت کو بہت بڑا چیلنج دیا ہے۔ یہ صرف پاکستان ہی نہیں امریکا جیسے ترقی یافتہ معاشرے میں بھی تبدیلی آئی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج کا میڈیا اب غیر جانب دار نہیں رہا اور ہر میڈیا پرسن پارٹیوں اور شخصیات کے ساتھ منسلک ہو گئے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سوشل میڈیا کے زمانے میں سچ وہ ہے جو لوگ چاہتے ہیں اسی وجہ سے میںزیادہ جانبدار ہو گیا یعنی کسی نہ کسی پارٹی کا حصہ بن چکا۔ میڈیا ہائوس پارٹیوں کے ساتھ تقسیم ہوئے جس سے غیرجانب داری متاثر ہوئی۔ نوجوان صحافی عبداللہ سلطان نے موضوع پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اب سب سے بڑی مشکل یہ ہے کہ سچ اور جھوٹ کو کیسے الگ کریں جب کہ ماضی میں تھوڑا سا شبہ بھی ہوتا تھا تو خبر روک لی جاتی تھی۔ ماضی میں میڈیا پر نشر کرنے کے لیے الفاظ کا بھی سنسر ہوتا تھا لیکن اب ایسا نہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ گائوں میں بیٹھا ہوا چرواہا صرف بکریوں کو چروا کر سو نہیں جاتا بلکہ ایک یوٹیوب چینل کھولا ہوا ہے یہ تبدیلی ہے اور یہ مثبت تبدیلی ہے۔ابصا کومل نے کہا کہ اب قارئین اخبار نہیں پڑھتے بلکہ اپنے موبائل پر سرخی بھی کافی ہوتا ہے۔ بلاغر تو ہر چیز پر مختصر وقت میں اسٹار جرنلسٹ بن جاتا ہے جب کہ ہم خبر کی درست یا غلط ہونے پر بحث کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ لوگ زیادہ تر یوٹیوب پر یقین کرتے ہیں صحافی کا کام حکومتوں کو ساتھ بیٹھنے کا مشورہ دینا نہیں بلکہ خبر دینا ہے۔جاوید سومرو نے کہا کہ پہلے بی بی سی کی سیربین 13 ملین افراد اس کو دیکھتے تھے۔ وہ پروگرام بند کر دیا گیا۔ جب سے ڈیجیٹل سسٹم شروع کیا ترجیحات تبدیل ہو گئی، اب ہم سوچتے ہیں کہ ہیڈ لائن کیا لگائیں کہ لوگ فوری دیکھیں۔ اب اس پر سوچنا پڑے گا کہ اگر کسی جگہ کچھ غلطی ہو رہا ہے تو اس کو درست کیا جائے لیکن اس سے سوسائٹی میں بہتری بھی آئی ہے۔انہوں نے کہا الزامات کی روک تھام کے لیے قانون سازی ہونا چاہیے تاکہ کچھ بہتری پیدا ہو۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ صرف پاکستان ہی نہیں بلکہ یہ ساری دنیا کا مسئلہ ہے یہ روکا نہیں جا سکتا بلکہ دیکھنے والوں پر میسر ہے کہ وہ کس کو پسند کرتے ہیں لیکن میری ذاتی رائے ہے کہ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ یہ بہتر ہو گا۔

کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل کی عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے چوتھے روز معروف مزاح نگار مشتاق احمد یوسفی کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرنے اور ان کی یادوں کو تازہ کرنے کے لئے معروف ادیبہ اور شاعر زہرا نگاہ اور افتخار عارف کی صدارت میں ’’مشتاق احمد یوسفی۔ یادیں باتیں‘‘ کے عنوان سے سیشن منعقد ہوا جس کی نظامت کے فرائض شکیل خان نے انجام دیئے۔ اس موقع پر پاکستان کے معروف ادیب شاعر، فنکار سمیت شعبہ طب میں عالمی شہرت یافتہ ڈاکٹر ادیب رضوی بھی موجود تھے۔ زہرا نگاہ اور افتخار عارف نے مشتاق احمد یوسفی کو شاندار الفاظ میں خراج تحسین پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا یہ ہماری خوش قسمتی ہے کہ ہم نے نہ صرف عہد یوسفی دیکھا بلکہ ان کی محفلوں میں بیٹھ کر ان کے ساتھ یادگار وقت گزارا، ان کی یادیں اور ملاقاتیں ہماری زندگی کا سرمایہ ہے کیونکہ ان سے ہمیں بہت کچھ سیکھنے کا موقع ملا۔ افتخار عارف نے کہا کہ اردو زبان میں مزاح نگاری کا جو معیار مشتاق احمد یوسفی نے قائم کیا اس تک پہنچنا دوسروں کے لئے آسان نہیں ہوگا۔ مشتاق احمد یوسفی نے معرکۃالآراء کتابیں تصنیف کیںمگر عملی زندگی میں وہ نہایت سنجیدہ اور بردبار شخصیت کے مالک تھے، وہ انگریزی ادب سے دلچسپی رکھنے کے ساتھ کلاسیکل میوزک کے شیدائی اور تھیٹر کے بھی دلدادہ تھے۔ افتخار عارف نے ان کی طرز تحریر کے حوالے سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مشتاق احمد یوسفی کا اسلوب اور شگفتگی قاری کو ورطہ حیرت میں ڈال دیتا ہے کیونکہ وہ جملوں کے اختتام پر ایسے کمال کے الفاظ تحریر کرتے تھے جس کو پڑھنے کے بعد قاری حیرت کے سمندر میں غوطہ زن ہوتااور چند لمحوں بعد اس سے لطف اندوز ہوتا۔ افتخار عارف نے مزید کہا کہ مشتاق احمد یوسفی نے پاکیزہ زندگی گزاری وہ صوم و صلوٰۃ کے پابند تھے تاہم انہوں نے ہمیشہ مسلک و مذہب پر گفتگو سے گریز کیا۔ زہرا نگاہ نے کہا کہ مشتاق احمد یوسفی الفاظ پر عبور رکھنے کے باوجود الفاظ کی کھوج میں لگے رہتے۔ انہوں نے 700 صفحات پر مشتمل دو سفر نامے لکھے مگر ان سے مطمئن نہ ہونے کے باعث ضائع کردیئے، مشتاق احمد یوسفی ایک اصول پرست انسان تھے اور تعلقات کی بنیاد پر کسی کو رعایت دینا ان کی لغت میں شامل نہ تھا۔ مشتاق احمد یوسفی نے ایک ایسی بھرپور زندگی گزاری جس کا صرف تصور ہی کیا جاسکتا ہے۔

Talking about his writing style, Iftikhar Arif said that Mushtaq Ahmed Yousufi’s style and wit leaves the reader in awe because he used to write such wonderful words at the end of the sentences that the reader was surprised after reading. He would dive into the sea and enjoy it after a few moments. Iftikhar Arif further said that Mushtaq Ahmed Yousufi lived a pure life, he was bound by fasting and prayer, but he always avoided talking about religion. Zahra Nigah said that Mushtaq Ahmed Yousufi, despite having mastery over words, kept searching for words. He wrote two 700-page travelogues but discarded them as he was not satisfied with them. Mushtaq Ahmed Yousufi was a principled person and giving concessions to someone on the basis of relationships was not in his vocabulary. کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے چوتھے و آخری روز مصنف، ناول نگار اور صحافی شوکت صدیقی کی یاد میں ’’ شوکت صدیقی کی زندگی کے سو سال‘‘ کے نام سے سیشن کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں ظفر صدیقی، ادیب شکیل عادل زادہ، شاعر و ایڈیٹرمحمود شام، ناول نگار،ادیب اور صحافی نذیر لغاری نے گفتگو کی۔ نظامت کے فرائض فاضل جمیلی نے انجام دیے، صحافت، افسانے اور ناول نگاری میں نام کمانے والے شوکت صدیقی کے حوالے سے ان کے صاحبزادے ظفر صدیقی کا کہناتھا کہ وہ بطور والد بہت بہترین انسان تھے وہ ترقی پسند سوچ کے حامل انسان تھے بطور والد تو وہ اچھے انسان تھے ہی لیکن انہوں نے صحافت میں بھی کمال کر دکھایا۔ وہ ہمیں سماجی اور سیاسی شعور سے بیدار رکھنے کی کاوش میں رہتے تھے۔ صحافی نذیر لغاری کا کہنا تھا کہ شوکت صدیقی بڑے قلم کار تھے، خدا کی بستی میں وہ عام حالاتِ زندگی کو اہمیت دیتے نظر آتے ہیں، اس ناول میں انہوں نے عام حالاتِ زندگی کو عام اور روایتی طور پر بیان کیا، جو مقبولیت کی بلندی پر گیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ شوکت صدیقی ناول کی دنیا میں الگ مقام بنا گئے ہیں، اگر یہ کہا جائے کہ تین مشہور ناول میں شوکت صدیقی کا لکھا ناول خدا کی بستی سر فہرست ہے تو غلط نہ ہوگا۔ نذیر لغاری نے کہا کہ شوکت صدیقی ذہین انسان تھے وہ ناول میں ان حالات اور باتوں کو ذہن نشین کر لیتے تھے، حتیٰ کہ وہ ان باتوں کو پانچ سال بعد ہی کیوں نہ کسی ناول یا افسانے میں استعمال کریں۔ شاعر و ایڈیٹر محمود شام کا شوکت صدیقی کے حوالے سے کہنا تھا کہ شوکت صدیقی کے لیے الفاظ ڈھونڈنا ممکن نہیں۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ شوکت صدیقی کے کام کو دیکھتے ہوئے انتظامی اور حکومتی سطح پر ڈاک کی ٹکٹ ان کے نام منسوب کرنی چاہیے، ان کی تحریروں کو جمع کر کے مجموعے کی شکل میں شائع کرنا چاہیے، محمود شام کا کہنا تھا کہ جس وقت شوکت صدیقی نے لکھنا شروع کیا اس وقت عام آدمی کو لکھنے کی اجازت تھی لیکن کسی صحافی کے لیے یہ زرہ مشکل کام ہوتا تھا، شوکت صدیقی نے اس وقت میں ہمت کا مظاہرہ کیا ناول نگاری کی دنیا میں قدم بڑھائے،جانگلوس ان کی اسی کاوش کا ثمر ہے، اس کی خاص بات یہ ہے کہ شوکت صدیقی جانگلوس کے لیے لکھتے اور ہم فوراً اسے شائع کردیتے ، اور اس طرح یہ مسلسل شائع ہونے لگا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ شوکت صدیقی کہانی کے آدمی تھے، وہ کہانیاں بہت عمدہ طریقے سے لکھتے تھے ’’اداس نسلیں‘‘ بھی ان کی خوبصورت تحریروں میں سے ہے۔

کراچی ( ) عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے چوتھے روز اکیسویں صدی میں اردو تنقید کے موضوع پر سیشن میں ڈاکٹر تحسین فراقی نے کہا کہ تنقید ایک پراسرار عمل ہے جس کے اسرار کو سمجھنا مشکل کام ہے ، البتہ ایک اچھا تخلیق کار اچھا تنقید نگار بھی ہو سکتا ہے ، تخلیق ستارے کو آفتاب بنانے کا جاں گسل عمل ہے، تنقید کے لیے بنیادی چیز متن تک پہنچنا ہے جس کیلئے تخلیقی پس منظر کا وسیع فہم رکھنا ضروری ہے، تنقید کا معاملہ اتنا سادہ نہیں بلکہ نہایت گہرا اور عمیق معاملہ ہے جس میں تمام متعلقہ امور پر غور ضروری ہے، بدقسمتی سے ہمارے ہاں تنقید میں مابعد نوآبادیات کا بہت چرچا ہے جبکہ نوآبادیاتی نظام کا وجود ابھی تک برقرار ہے ، ہمیں تھوڑا آگے بڑھ کر عصری صورت حال کا احاطہ کرنا چاہیئے ، فراقی صاحب کے ہمراہ سیشن کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے ڈاکٹر رؤف پاریکھ نے کہا کہ سچ ایک ہی ہے متبادل سچ نہیں ہو سکتا، مغرب اور مشرق کے طرزِ فکر میں ہمیشہ سے جنگ رہی ہے ،اکیسویں صدی میں ہمارے ہاں تنقید کی مبادیات پر ہی بات ہو رہی ہے جبکہ ہندوستان میں اس پر ٹھوس کام ہوا، اردو میں پہلے غزل گو ہوا کرتا تھا اب غزل گا ہوتا ہے، پروگرام کی نظامت کے فرائض اقبال خورشید نے انجام دیے، ناصر عباس نیر نے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی میں نظری تنقید زیادہ کی گئی جس میں مغرب سے ادبی سرقہ کو ہدف بنایا گیا ہے، انسانی سرگرمیوں میں سب سے موثر لکھنے کی سرگرمی ہے، جس کے پانچ بنیادی پہلو ہیں ، تنقید بھی ایک اہم سرگرمی ہے، تنقید نگار اپنی رائے قائم کرتے ہیں اور اسے آگے پیش کرتے ہیں، نائن الیون اور اسلامو فوبیا کے بعد مغرب سے نفرت میں اضافہ ہوا، خالص انٹیلیکچول ہر چیز کے بارے میں ایماندارانہ رائے ظاہر کرتا ہے، بیسویں صدی میں جدیدیت، روایت پسندی کو تنقید کا موضوع بنایا گیا، 1970 کے بعد اس رجحان میں تبدیلی آنا شروع ہوئی، اکیسویں صدی میں تنقید فلسفہ ادب پر بحث کرتی ہے یعنی ادب کو فلسفہ کے طور پر دیکھنا، شمس الرحمٰن فاروقی نے اپنی داستانوں کی کتاب کے ذریعے اس کی بنیاد رکھی جو بیسویں صدی کی تنقید سے بالکل مختلف ہے، اردو فکشن پر تنقید کے موضوع پر قاسم یعقوب نے کہا کہ لٹریچر کو دیکھنے کا انداز گزشتہ عشروں کے دوران بدلا ہے، اکیسویں صدی کی اردو فکشنل تنقید میں مخصوص طرز اپنایا گیا، نقاد جب کہانی پر نظر ڈالتا ہے تو کہانی کے اندر جانے کے بجائے اس کے باہر رہتا ہے اور اس کی اصل تک نہیں پہنچ پاتا، پاکستان میں نئے ناولوں پر بہت کم بحث ہوئی ہے جبکہ باہر اس پر بہت کام ہوا ہے دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ، ناول نگار خود میدان میں آگئے اور خود فکشن کی انٹر پریٹیش شروع کر دی،فکشن تنقید کی آج اہم ضرورت یہ ہے کہ سن 2000 کے بعد جو کچھ ہوا اور جتنا اس پر لکھا گیا اس کا احاطہ کیا جائے، نجمہ عثمان نے اکیسویں صدی میں تانیثی تنقید کے حوالے سے کہا کہ موجودہ صدی میں اردو تنقید کا جائزہ لینے کیلئے گزشتہ صدی کے دوران ہونے والے تنقیدی نظریات کو سامنے رکھنا ہو گا، پاکستان اور ہندوستان میں تانیثی تنقید پر بہت کام ہوا ہے جبکہ یورپ اور امریکہ میں اس پر اتنا کام نہیں ہوا ، فہمیدہ ریاض اور ڈاکٹر فاطمہ حسن نے اپنی کتاب میں تانیثی نکتہ نظر کی کئی جہتیں پیش کی ہیں، دیگر لکھنے والوں نے بھی اس پر بہت کام کیا،اکیسویں صدی میں اردو غزل پر تنقید کے حوالے سے ضیاء الحسن نے کہا کہ غزل پر تنقید نہ ہونے کا شکوہ کیا جاتا ہے حالانکہ غزل پر تنقید کی تاریخ بھی اردو تنقید کی تاریخ کے برابر ہے ، 125سال سے غزل پر تنقید ہو رہی ہے ، ہمارا عمومی مزاج یہ بن گیا ہے کہ ہم غزل کو ہی شاعری سمجھ بیٹھے ہیں اور شاعری کی دیگر اصناف کو نظر انداز کر دیا گیا ہے، اکیسویں صدی میں غزل پر تنقید کی اہم ترین کتاب ڈاکٹر شمیم حنفی نے لکھی ہے جو قاری کے وجود میں اترتی چلی جاتی ہے اور اس پر غزل اور اس کی مبادیات کے پہلو وا ہوتے ہیں اور پتہ چلتا ہے کہ جدید اردو غزل اور کلاسیکی اردو غزل میں بنیادی طور پر کیا فرق ہے۔

کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے منعقدہ پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے تیسرے روز کے پہلے سیشن ’’اکیسویں صدی میں اردو شاعری‘‘ کے حوالے سے نشست کی صدارت افتخار عارف اور امجد اسلام امجد نے کی جبکہ ’’اردو نظم کا تانیثی تناظر‘‘ پر صوفیہ لودھی، ’’مغربی دنیا میں اردو شاعری‘‘ اشفاق حسین، ’’اردو غزل کا موضوعاتی اور اسلوبی جائزہ ‘‘ ضیاء الحسن، ’’اردو غزل کا طرز احساس‘‘ خالد محمود سنجرانی، ’’اردونثری نظم کے شعراء کا تصور عورت ‘‘تنویر انجم اور ’’اردو رباعی‘‘ پر عنبرین حسین عنبر نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا جبکہ شکیل جاذب نے نظامت کے فرائض انجام دیئے۔ افتخار عارف نے اپنے صدارتی خطاب میں کہا کہ اردو کا علاقہ اب بہت وسیع ہوگیا ہے یہ ممکن ہی نہیں ہے کہ آپ کسی صوبے یا علاقے میں رہیں اور وہاں کی زبان کے اثرات آپ پر نہ ہوں۔ شاعر اپنی زمین اور مٹی سے جڑا ہوا ہوتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میرے زمانے میں بہت ادیب اور بڑے بزرگ تھے آنے والے زمانے میں ادیبوں اور سننے والوں کی تعداد کتنی اور کیسی ہوگی اور کیسا ادب لکھا جائے گا یہ نہیں معلوم۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اکثر یہ سننے میں آتا ہے کہ غزل معدوم ہورہی ہے مگر پھر کوئی نیا شاعر آتا ہے اور محفل لوٹ لیتا ہے، اب بھی نوجوان شعراء اچھی غزل لکھ رہے ہیں مگر جو غیر معیاری شاعری کررہے ہیں تو ان کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کی تعریف کرنے والے بھی کوئی اچھا کام نہیں کررہے۔ امجد اسلام امجد نے کہا کہ موضوع اگر اکیسویں صدی کے بجائے بیسوی صدی کے حوالے سے ہوتا تو زیادہ بہتر تھا کیونکہ بیسوی صدی کی شاعری اپنے امکانات دکھاچکی ہے۔ اکیسویں صدی کے اچھے شاعروں نے بھی اپنا آغاز بیسوی صدی میں ہی کیا تھا ہم اکیسویں صدی میں صرف یہی دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ کن چیزوں کی تقلید کی جارہی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جو لوگ آج شاعری کررہے ہیں وہ بہت اچھے ہیں اور سننے والے بھی بہت اچھے مگر آئندہ سالوں میں جو سننے والے ان کو ملیں گے وہ آج جیسے نہیں ہوں گے، یہ ایک سوچنے والی بات ہے۔ قبل ازیں صوفیہ لودھی نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ عورت کو شدت پسندی نے متاثر کیا ہے مگر چونکہ عورت میں ہر طرح کے حالات سے نبردآزما ہونے کی طاقت ہے اور اسی طاقت نے اسے مضبوط کیا ہوا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ خواتین کے مسائل کو خواتین شاعرات نے اپنا موضوع بھی بنایا ہے جس دن خواتین کو انسان کا درجہ مل جائے گا وہ دن خواتین کے مسائل حل کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔ اشفاق حسین نے کہا کہ مغربی شاعری یہاں کی شاعری کی توسیع ہے اور اسے بڑھانے کا عمل بھی ہے، چاہے امریکا ہو یا کینیڈا وہاں جو شاعر شعر کہہ رہے ہیں وہ غزل کی روایت سے ہی جڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ ضیاء الحسن نے کہا کہ گزشتہ دور میں غزل کی زبان نکھری ہے اس دور میں ابھرنے والے شاعروں نے غزل کی وسیع زبان کا زیادہ بہتر استعمال کیا ہے، ان شاعروں نے مختلف ادوار میں غیر تخلیقی عناصر کو رد کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ غزل میں زبان کا درست استعمال اہم ہے مگر اصل بات زبان کا تخلیقی اظہار ہے۔ نئے شاعر زبان کے اس تخلیقی اصول کو سمجھ رہے ہیں جوکہ ایک خوش آئند بات ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ غزل کی زبان ہمیشہ اردو کی بول چال کی زبان کے قریب رہی ہے۔ خالد محمودسنجرانی نے کہا کہ ہم اس وقت عالمگیریت کا سامنا کررہے ہیں، اکیسویں صدی کا طرز احساس یہ ہے کہ کہیں اندر سے ہمیں ایک آواز آرہی ہے کہ اکیسویں صدی کے آدمی کا رجحان مقامیت کی طرف زیادہ ہورہا ہے، اتنے عرصے تک ہم نے عالمگیریت کو دیکھ لیا مگر اب ہم اپنی مٹی اور مقامیت کی طرف لوٹ رہے ہیں۔تنویر انجم نے کہا کہ بیشتر شاعروں کے یہاں عورت کی موجودگی اب بھی نہیں ہے مگر غیر موجود بھی تحریر میں اتنا ہی اہم ہوتا ہے جتنا کہ موجود، کئی شاعرات نثری نظموں کو پیش کررہی ہیں، پنجاب میں یہ تعداد زیادہ ہے۔ عنبرین حسیب عنبر نے کہا کہ جدید غزل کے رجحان کی طرح رباعی میں انگریزی الفاظ کا استعمال ہے، رباعی میں بھی ہمیں نسائی شعور ملتا ہے۔ جوش ملیح آبادی نے رباعی میں ہمیں مالا مال کیا ہے اور اس صنف میں بہت عمدہ مضامین شامل ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج کی رباعی میں زندگی کے تمام موضوعات شامل ہیں مگر رباعی پھر بھی معدوم ہورہی ہے اور اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ یہ ایک بہت مشکل فن ہے۔

He said that the correct use of language in Ghazal is important, but the real thing is the creative expression of language. New poets are realizing this creative principle of language which is a welcome thing. He said that the language of Ghazal has always been close to the colloquial language of Urdu. Khalid Mahmood Sanjrani said that we are facing globalization at the moment, the feeling of the 21st century is that somewhere inside we are hearing a voice that the trend of the 21st century man is becoming more towards localism, for so long we have had globalization. but now we are returning to our soil and locality. Tanveer Anjum said that most poets still do not have the resence of women, but the absence is as important in the writing as the presence, many prose poets. کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے تیسرے روز کا پہلا سیشن ‘‘ اکیسویں صدی میں بچوں کا ادب ‘‘ معروف صحافی اور ادیب محمود شام کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا۔ بچوں کے ادب کے بارے میں اس سیشن سے نعیم الدین کنول ، سلیم مغل ، عبدالرحمان مومن، سیما صدیقی اور ثنا غوری نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا اور مقالے پڑھے۔ سیشن کی نظامت کے فرائض علی حسن ساجد نے سر انجام دیئے، سیشن سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے نعیم الدین کنول نے بچوں کی شاعری پر بات کی اور بچوں پر لکھی ہوئی اپنی نظمیں پڑھ کر سنائیں۔ سیما صدیقی نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بڑے بڑے ادیبوں نے بچوں کے لیے افسانے لکھے ہیں۔ بچوں کے لیے جو بھی لکھا جائے وہ بچوں کی ذہنی سطح پر آکر لکھا جائے تاکہ اس کہانی میں بچوں کی دلچسپی برقرار رہے۔ بچوں کے لیے مشکل الفاظ کے بجائے آسان الفاظ لکھے جائیں۔ ثناء غوری نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی میں بچوں کو ٹیکنالوجی اور یوٹیوب کے ذریعے متوجہ کیا جائے، اب بچہ پرانے ’’چندا ماموں‘‘ اور ’’بھوتوں کی کہانیاں‘‘ نہیں سننا چاہتا۔ آج کا بچہ سائنس کی بات کرتا ہے اس کو سائنسی کہانیاں چاہئیں۔ اب کارٹون میں روبوٹ دکھایا جاتا ہے۔ ہمیں آج اپنے موضوعات بدلنے ہوں گے۔ سیشن سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سلیم مغل نے کہا کہ بچوں کو کہانی سنانا اور کہانی پڑھانا بہت ضروری ہے کیونکہ کہانی بہت اہم ہے اگر کہانی اہم نہیں ہوتی تو دنیا بھر کے مونٹیسوری اسکولوں کا مضمون نہ ہوتا۔ عبدالرحمان مومن نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اکیسویں صدی میں بھی بچوں کا ادب اتنا ہی اہم ہے جتنا بیسویں صدی میں تھا۔ فرق اتنا ہے کہ آج کا بچہ ادب کو ٹیکنالوجی کے ساتھ دیکھتا ہے۔ صدارتی خطاب کے دوران محمود شام نے کہا کہ دنیا کے تمام بڑے ادیبوں نے بچوں کے لیے ادب تخلیق کیا ہے بچوں کے ادب کا مطلب ہے کہ مستقبل کے لئے ہم سوچتے ہیں۔ آج کے بچے کو بڑا ہوکر کل کا بڑا آدمی بننا ہے۔ مختلف سوالوں کے جوابات دیتے ہوئے مقررین کا کہنا تھا کہ رواں سال بچوں کے ادب کے لیے حوصلہ افزا رہا دو رسائل پر پی ایچ ڈی کی گئی ہے۔ پہلی بار اسلام آباد میں سرکاری سطح پر بچوں کے ادب پر تین روزہ کانفرنس ہوئی وزیر اعظم نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ ہر سال سرکاری سطح پر بچوں کے ادب پر ایوارڈز دیئے جائیں گے۔

done on two magazines which are encouraging for children’s literature. For the first time, a three-day conference on children’s literature was held at the official level in Islamabad. The Prime Minister has announced that awards for children’s literature will be given at the official level every year.

کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے زیر اہتمام منعقدہ پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے تیسرے روز چوتھے سیشن میں عکسی مفتی کی کتاب’’ Muhammad (PBUH) in modern times ‘‘ کی تقریب رونمائی کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔کتاب پر افتخار عارف اور مبین مرزا نے اظہار خیال کیا اور نظامت کے فرائض سلیم مغل نے ادا کئے۔ افتخار عارف نے کتاب پر اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ صاحب ِ کتاب اس کتاب کا پہلا حصہ اللہ کے نام سے قلم بند کرچکے ہیں اور یہ کتاب محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے حوالے سے دوسرا حصہ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سیرت پر بہت ساری کتابیں لکھی جاچکی ہیں اس کتاب پر بھی علماء کی اپنی اپنی رائے ہوگی، ہمارے لئے ہر زمانے میں محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مشعل راہ ہیں اور رہیں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سیرت نگاری کے بہت سے تقاضے ہیں ہمیں سوالوں سے کبھی گریز نہیں کرنا چاہئے کیونکہ سوالوں سے گریز وہ کرے جو کوئی بات چھپانا چاہتا ہو یا اس کے جواب کو مخفی رکھنا چاہے۔ عکسی مفتی نے کوشش کی ہے کہ وہ ہر سوال کا جواب دیں بالخصوص وہ سوال جو مغرب میں اٹھائے گئے ہیں۔مبین مرزا نے کہا کہ عکسی مفتی نے مذکورہ کتاب کا نام بہت متوجہ کرنے والا رکھا ہے۔محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بشری حیثیت میں جو انسانی زندگی ہے اور انسانی معاملات ہیں بالخصوص اس معاشرے میں جو بدو معاشرہ تھا تو ایسے معاشرے میں محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی شخصیت کو اس لئے بھیجا گیا کہ وہ انسانیت کو جوڑنے کی بات کریں۔ عکسی مفتی کی یہ کتاب بھی اسی پس منظر میں لکھی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مغرب میں اسلام کے بارے میں دلچسپی پائی جاتی ہے اور یہ مزید بڑھ رہی ہے، وہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی شخصیت کو سمجھنا چاہتے ہیں اس لئے عکسی مفتی نے اس کتاب کو تحریر کیا جو اہل مغرب کو اسلام کے بارے میں بتائے گی۔ صاحب کتاب عکسی مفتی نے کہا کہ عالمی اردو کانفرنس میں انگریزی میں لکھی گئی میری کتاب کی رونمائی رکھنے کے لئے میں احمد شاہ اور افتخار عارف کا خصوصی طور پر شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میری یہ کتاب مسلمین اور مومنین کے لئے نہیں لکھی گئی بلکہ یہ کتاب میں نے منکرین کے لئے لکھی ہے تاکہ انہیں قرآن اور محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مکمل آگاہی حاصل ہو۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ میری یہ کتاب اپنے ملک کے ان طالب علموں کے لئے بھی لکھی گئی ہے جو انٹرنیٹ سے تعلیم حاصل کرتے ہیں۔

He said that many books have been written on the biography of scholars will have their own opinion on this book as well, for us, Muhammad (PBUH) is and will be a beacon of light in all times. He said that there are many requirements of biography, we should never avoid questions because those who want to hide something or want to hide the answer should avoid questions. Uxi Mufti has tried to answer every question, especially the questions that have been raised in the West. Mubeen Mirza said that Uxi Mufti has named the above book very attractive. The human nature of Muhammad. In the human life and human affairs, especially in this society which was a Bado society, in such a society, the personality of Muhammad (PBUH) was sent to talk about connecting humanity. This book by Uxi Mufti is also written in the same background. کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے زیراہتمام پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس میں ”یادرفتگاں“ سیشن کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں ادب،شاعری،افسانہ نگاری اور صحافت سے وابستہ افراد کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی، یادرفتگاں میںشمس الرحمن فاروقی، شمیم حنفی، فرہاد زیدی، گوپی چند نارنگ، امداد حسینی، فاروق قیصر(سرگم) کی یادیں تازہ کی گئیں، ادیب امداد حسینی کے ادب کے حوالے سے بات کرتے ہوئے سحر امداد کا کہنا تھا کہ امداد حسینی اپنے دور کے بڑے اور اہم ادیب میں شمار ہوتے ہیں، انہوں نے بارہ سال کی عمر سے شاعری کی دنیا میں قدم رکھا انہوں نے اپنی کتاب دھوپ رنگ سے شہرت حاصل کی دھوپ رنگ کی مقبولیت کا انداز اس بات سے لگا یا جا سکتا ہے کہ امداد حسینی کو اس کتاب کی مقبولیت کے پیش نظر سال 2014ء میں ایوارڈ سے نوازا گیا۔ان کی کتاب” دھوپ کرن“ ان کی شہرت کا باعث ہے، صحافی اور ادیب فرہاد زیدی کے حوالے سے ان کے صاحبزادے حسن زیدی نے بات کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ فرہاد زیدی بطور صحافی اپنا مقام رکھتے تھے اگرچہ ابتدا میں انکی ماہانہ تنخواہ دفتر میں موجود چائے فراہم کرنے والے ملازم سے بھی کم تھی اس کے باوجود وہ صحافت کو اپنا اہم کام اپنی ذمہ داری کے طور پر ادا کرتے تھے۔حسن زیدی کا کہنا تھا کہ میرے پاس وہ الفاظ نہیں ہیں جن میں انکی شخصیت کے عناصر کو بیان کر سکوں،وہ اصول پسند اور متاثر کن شخصیت کے حامل انسان تھے،ہرخاص عام انکے دوستوں کی لسٹ میں شامل تھا ، ناصر عباسی صاحب کی جانب سے ادیب شمیم حنفی کی یاد میں اظہار رائے کرتے ہوئے انکا کہنا تھا شمیم صاحب کے حوالے آرٹس کونسل کے اسٹیج پر کھڑے ہو کر بات کرنا میرے لئے ذرا مشکل ہے، یہ وہ مقام ہے جہاں شمیم صاحب نے ایک عمر گزاری ہے آپ ریڈیو میں نامہ نگاری کرتے تھے انہوں نے کہا یہ میرے لئے افسردہ کر دینے والی بات ہے کہ آج آپ ہم میں موجود نہیں ہیں لیکن انکے لکھے ہوئے ڈارمے اپنی جدت اور منفرد ہونے کی وجہ سے آج بھی زندہ ہیں،اپکی تحریر فلسفیانہ اور جدیدیت کے تصور کی حامل ہے، انکل سرگم سے شہرت کی بلندیوں کو چھونے والے مرحوم فاروق قیصر کے حوالے سے بات کرتے ہوئے اداکار ،ہدایتکار ارشد محمود کا کہنا تھا اکٹربکڑ ،انکل سرگم جیسے شاہکار فاروق قیصر کی شاہکار سوچ کی ہی تخلیق ہو سکتی ہے وہ بہترین والد،شوہر اور دوست تھے، وہ عمدہ انسان اور منفرد انداز بیان رکھنے والے انسان تھے،گوپی چند کے حوالے سے حمید شاہد کا کہتا تھا کہ یہ وہ شخصیت تھے جن کے بارے میں الفاظ ڈھونڈنا مشکل ہے،وہ ایک مکمل شخصیت کے حامل تھے انکی تعریف کن لفظوں میں کروں انکی تعریف کے لئے کتاب تحریر کرنی پڑے گی۔

KARACHI ( ) “Yaad-e-Raftagaan” session was organized in the 15th Aalmi Urdu Conference in which a large number of people associated with literature, poetry, fiction and journalism participated. , Farhad Zaidi, Gopi Chand Narang, Imdad Hussaini, Farooq Qaiser (Sargam) were recalled. کراچی ( )جسٹس (ر) ناصرہ اقبال نے کہا ہے کہ اقبال نے ہمیں بحیثیت قوم جو نظریہ دیا تھا اس کی طرف ہمیں واپس لوٹنا ہوگا۔ اقبال کے مخاطب ہماری قوم کے نوجوان ہیںانہیں قوم کو آگے لےکر چلنا ہے تبھی ہم ترقی پذیری سے چھٹکارا پاسکیں گے۔ بدقسمتی سے ہم اقبال کا پڑھایا ہوا سبق بھول بیٹھے ہیں اور ہماری خودی و خود داری مشکوک ہوگئی ہے۔ یہ بات انہوں نے آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے زیر اہتمام پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کے پہلے روز کے دوسرے سیشن کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے کہی۔ اس سیشن میں تحسین فراقی، نعمان الحق اور سہیل عمر نے بھی خطاب کیا اور اقبال اور قوم کے موضوع پر اظہار خیال کیا۔ جسٹس (ر) ناصرہ اقبال نے کہا کہ ہماری قوم کو اس وقت سیلاب کی وجہ سے جس بدترین صورتحال کا سامنا ہے اس سے نمٹنے کے لئے ہم سب کو اپنے حصے کا کردار ادا کرنا چاہئے۔ احمد شاہ اور آرٹس کونسل کی گورننگ باڈی کے تمام اراکین مبارکباد کے مستحق ہیں کہ انہوں نے پندرھویں عالمی اردو کانفرنس کا بہترین انداز میں انعقاد کیا اور شہر کراچی میں علمی و ادبی سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دیا۔ تحسین فراقی نے کہا کہ اقبال بساط عالم پر ایک عطیہ الٰہی تھے ان کا فیض آج بھی فیض جاریہ ہے۔ اقبال کا کلام اپنے اندر آفاقی سچائیاں سموئے ہوئے ہے۔ ان کے اولین مجموعے سے لےکر ارمغان حجاز تک ایک ہی پیغام ملتا ہے اور وہ پیغام خودداری ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ قوم کی ترقی اور ارتقاءمیں بنیادی کردار تقدیر اور تدبیر کے عناصر کا ہے۔ اقبال کو یہ شعور ابتداءہی سے تھا اور ان کی تمام شاعری اسی پیغام کی تشریح کرتی نظر آتی ہے، ہمارا المیہ یہ ہے کہ اقبال کا دو تہائی کلام فارسی زبان میں ہے اور ہم فارسی سے نابلد ہیں۔ اقبال کے کلام سے فلسفہ حیات اخذ کرنے میں یہ بڑی رکاوٹ ہے، ہم نے فارسی کو بھلا کر اپنا بہت بڑا تہذیبی نقصان کیا ہے۔ اگر ہم اقبال کے فلسفہ خودی کو سمجھ لیتے اور اسے اپنا شعار بناتے تو یہ کبھی ممکن نہ تھا کہ ہماری قوم کشکول لےکر دنیا بھر میں پھرتی اور اس کا یوں مذاق اڑتا۔سہیل عمر نے کہا کہ اقبال کو اپنی قوم کا درد تھا اور وہ اس کی سیاسی، سماجی، اخلاقی اور معاشی حالات کو سدھارنا چاہتے تھے۔ انہوں نے قوم سے اپنے تعلق کی جہات کی وضاحت اپنے اشعار کے ذرےعے کردی ہے۔ اقبال کا فلسفہ حیات فکر انسانی کے لئے غیر معمولی اہمیت کا حامل ہے ، مغربی استعمار کے زمانے میں اسلامی تہذیب کو درپیش خطرناک صورتحال کا ادراک کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے اپنی قوم کو خودداری اپنانے کا درس دیااور اندھی تقلید سے روکا، یہ ایک سنگین چیلنج تھا جس کا مقابلہ اقبال جیسا بڑا شاعر ہی کرسکتا تھا۔ اقبال کا کلام ہمیشہ لازوال رہے گا کیونکہ اس کی معنویت آج اور کل کے لئے ہی نہیں بلکہ ہمیشہ کے لیے ہے۔ نعمان الحق نے کہا کہ بدقسمتی سے ہماری قوم اقبال سے دور ہوتی جارہی ہے حالانکہ ان کا کلام اور پیغام انسانی تہذیب و ثقافت کا بیش قیمت سرمایہ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اقبال کی شاعری سے ایک منظم فلسفیانہ نظام کشید کرنا کار لاحاصل ہے کیونکہ ان کے یہاں گونا گونی پائی جاتی ہے۔ ملت سے فرد کے ربط کا جتنا خوبصورت اظہار اقبال کرتے ہیں وہ کہیں اور نہیں ملتا

کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی پندرہویں سالانہ عالمی اردو کانفرنس جو اردو ادب کا سب سے بڑا میلہ ہے کا افتتاح جمعرات کی شام وزیراعلیٰ سندھ سید مراد علی شاہ نے آرٹس کونسل کے آڈیٹوریم I میں کیا۔ اس موقع پر صوبائی وزیر ثقافت سید سردار علی شاہ نے خصوصی طور پر شرکت کی جب کہ مجلس صدارت میں زہرا نگاہ ، اسد محمد خاں،انور مقصود، افتخار عارف،کشور ناہید، امجد اسلام امجد، پیرزادہ قاسم رضا صدیقی،رضی احمد، اشفاق حسین، رﺅف پاریکھ، منور سعید، نورالہدیٰ شاہ، یوسف خشک ایلکس بیلم،ناصر عباس نیئر موجود تھے جبکہ بڑی تعداد میں اردو کے قدر دانوں کی شرکت سے اردوکانفرنس کو چار چاند لگادےئے گئے۔ اس موقع پر آرٹ کونسل کے احاطے میں کتابوں کی نمائش اور فوڈ کوڈ بھی لگایا گیا۔ آرٹ کونسل کے اندر ایک میلہ کا سماں ہے جو چار دن تک جاری رہے گا۔ عالمی اردو کی پہلی کانفرنس 2008ءمیں منعقد ہوئی تھی، اس کے بعد تسلسل کے ساتھ یہ کانفرنس منعقد ہورہی ہے اور اس میں بتدریج ترقی ہی ہورہی ہے، اب اس کانفرنس میں پاکستان کے علاقائی زبانوں سندھی، بلوچی، پشتوں، سرائیکی، پنجابی کو بھی شامل کردیاگیا ہے جب کہ اس کانفرنس میں دنیا بھر سے سینکڑوں دانشوروں، ادیبوں، شاعروں کے علاوہ غیر ملکی مندوبین بھی شرکت کررہے ہیں، اس کانفرنس میں کل 46 سیشن ہوں گے۔ پہلے روز افتتاحی اجلاس کے بعد ”اقبال اور قوم“، ”اردو کا شاہکار ادب“ اور قوالی ”آہنگ خسروی“ معروف قوال ایازفرید، ابو محمد نے امیر خسرو کا کلام پیش کیا۔

President of Arts Council of Pakistan Ahmed Shah said that people from all over the subcontinent came and settled in this city, Pakistan had a goal of peace and tranquility in an enlightened society. He said that neither atomic bomb nor any weapon is greater than culture. The upcoming Pakistan Literature Festival will be held in Gwadar, Lahore, Islamabad, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Gilgit-Baltistan, USA, Canada and other countries as well. He said that this province leads the country in terms of culture. The Art Council of Pakistan Karachi has built a cultural center in District Central with the support of the Sindh government. حیدرآباد ( )32 سال بعد عوامی تھیٹر کی بحالی پر حیدرآباد کے عوام خصوصا آرٹسٹوں، ادیبوں اور شاعروں نے خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے صدر احمد شاہ کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور کہا کہ انہوں نے کراچی میں فن و ثقافت کی ترقی میں گراں قدر خدمات انجام دی اور اب 32سال بعد عوامی تھیٹر کی بحالی حیدرآباد میں صحت مند سرگرمیوں کا آغاز ہے، پیر کی شام تھیٹر فیسٹول کے افتتاحی تقریب کے موقع پر اسٹیج فن کاروں، ادیبوں، شاعروں اور صحافیوں نے الگ الگ صدر آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی محمد احمد شاہ سے ملاقات اور تھیٹر فیسٹول کے انعقاد پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔ فن کاروں نے کہا کہ حیدرآباد میں مہران آرٹس کونسل میں آخری تھیٹر 1992 میں منعقد ہوا تھا اور اس کے بعد آج تک اس طرح کا کوئی ثقافتی پروگرام نہیں ہوا۔ مہران آرٹس کونسل بنجر ہو چکی تھی اب اس کی تزئین و آرائش اور بحالی سے آرٹسٹ بہت خوش ہیں۔انہوں نے امید ظاہر کی کہ کراچی کی طرح اب حیدرآباد میں بھی احمد شاہ کی سرپرستی میں ادبی اور ثقافتی سرگرمیوں جاری رہیں گی۔ ادیبوں اور شاعروں نے کہا کہ حیدرآباد میں بھی کراچی کی طرح عالمی اردو کانفرنس منعقد کی جائے۔آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کے صدر محمد احمد شاہ نے سندھ کے ادیبوں، شاعروں اور فن کاروں سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سندھ کے تمام شہروں میں جہاں آرٹ اینڈ کلچر کا انفراسٹرکچر ہے وہاں تھیٹر فیسٹول اور ثقافتی پروگرام منعقد ہوں گے اس کا افتتاح 14نومبر 2022ئ کو حیدرآباد سے کر دیا گیا ہے، حیدرآباد آرٹس کونسل کو بھی بحال کیا جا رہا ہے، سندھ کی دونوں اکائیوں کو قریب لا کر سندھ میں محبت کو فروغ دینے کا کام شروع کیا ہے جو سندھ کی اصل ثقافت ہے۔احمد شاہ نے کہا کہ حیدرآباد سندھ کا دوسرا بڑا شہر ہی نہیں اہم کلچرل شہر ہے جہاں سندھی اور اردو بولنے والوں کی کثیر آبادی رہائش پذیر ہے ماضی میں سازش کے تحت دونوں آبادیوں کے درمیان نفرت پیدا کی گئی دونوں کے دلوں کو جوڑنے کی ضرورت ہے اس کے لیے کلچر بہترین پل کا کام کر سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سب کو جمع کریں گے یہ آخری پروگرام نہیں اب یہاں مسلسل کلچرل پروگرام ہوتے رہیں گے۔حیدرآباد کے آرٹسٹوں کا شکریہ جو انہوں نے ہمارا استقبال کیا۔۔ حیدرآباد کی کلچرل اور فلائی تنظیموں کو بھی ساتھ ملائیں گے۔کام سو فیصد میرٹ پر ہو گا ہر آرٹسٹ کی عزت برابر ہو گی سندھ کی دھرتی میری ماں ہے میرے والد ہجرت کر کے یہاں آئے تھے اسی مٹی نے ہمیں پناہ دی انہوں نے مہران آرٹس کونسل میں ایک کمیٹی قائم کی جائے گی۔ ممبر شپ کے بعد انتخابات کرائے جائیں گے۔انہوں نے کہا سندھ کے وزیر ثقافت سید سردار شاہ چاتے ہیں کہ یہ سارے ادارے آباد ہوں ان کے ویڑن کے مطابق یہ آرٹسٹوں آدیبوں، شاعروں کے تعاون سے ہی آباد ہوں گے۔

Artistes thank Ahmed Shah for holding Awami Theater Festival in Hyderabad after 32 years.

Hyderabad ( ) The people of Hyderabad, especially the artists, writers and poets expressed their happiness on the restoration of Awami Theater after 32 years and thanked the President of Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Ahmed Shah and said that he has promoted art and culture in Karachi. Artists said that the last theater held at the Mehran Arts Council in Hyderabad was in 1992 and no such cultural program has been held since then. The Mehran Arts Council had become barren, now the artists are very happy with its renovation and restoration. They expressed hope that like Karachi, literary and cultural activities will continue in Hyderabad under the patronage of Ahmed Shah. Writers and poets said that a Almi Urdu conference should be held in Hyderabad like Karachi. President of Arts Council of Pakistan Muhammad Ahmad Shah while talking to the writers, poets and artists of Sindh said that in all the cities of Sindh where art And there is infrastructure for culture, there will be theater festivals and cultural programs. It has been inaugurated on November 14, 2022 from Hyderabad. Ahmed Shah said that Hyderabad is not only the second largest city of Sindh but also an important cultural city where a large population of Sindhi and Urdu speakers reside. Culture can serve as the best bridge for the need to connect the hearts of the two populations that have created hatred. He said that we will gather everyone, this is not the last program, now there will be continuous cultural programs here. Thanks to the artists of Hyderabad who welcomed us. The cultural and fly organizations of Hyderabad will also be brought together. The work will be done on 100% merit. Every artist will have equal respect. The land of Sindh is my mother. کراچی(  ) صوبائی وزیر تعلیم و ثقافت سید سردار شاہ نے صدر آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کے صدر محمد احمد شاہ کی تجویز پر مہران آرٹس کونسل کے تھیٹر ہال کا نام ملک کے معروف فن کار مصطفی قریشی کے نام سے منسوب کر دیا۔ پیر کی شام مہران آرٹس کونسل میں آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے دس روزہ تھیٹر فیسٹول کے افتتاحی تقریب سے مہمان خصوصی کی حیثیت سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ احمد شاہ ایسے ڈکٹیٹر ہیں کہ ہر کوئی ان کی بات خوشی مان لیتا ہے۔ مصطفی قریشی کا تعلق حیدر آباد سے جنہوں نے پاکستان کا نام دنیا بھر میں متعارف کرایا، آج اس ہال کو ان کے نام سے منسوب کیا جاتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اپنے سٹار کے انتقال کے بعد اس کی پذیرائی کی جاتی ہے، مصطفی قریشی صاحب ابھی حیات ہیں اور یہ سن کر کے اس ہال کو ان کے نام سے منسوب کیا گیا ہے یقینا خوش ہوں گے۔ یہ ان کی خدمات کا اعتراف ہے

KARACHI ( ) Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi organized “Sindh Theater Festival 2022” in Hyderabad at Mehran Arts Council. Sindh Culture Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah and President Arts Council Mohammad Ahmad Shah inaugurated the ten-day Sindh Theatre  Festival. Joint Secretary Asjad Bukhari, Members Governing Body Shakeel Khan, Chairman Media and Publication Bashir Sadozai, Chief Coordinator Shah Nawaz Bhatti and a large number of citizens including artists of Hyderabad participated in the Sindh Theater Festival. My childhood was spent roaming in the streets of Hyderabad. I have been a trustee of the cultural activities of Hyderabad. کراچی ()آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی کی جانب سے معروف مجسمہ ساز انجم ایاز کے خوبصورت فن پاروں پر مبنی نمائش کا اہتمام جون ایلیاءلان میں کیاگیا۔ نمائش کا افتتاح معروف دانشور و ادیب انور مقصود اور صدر آرٹس کونسل کراچی محمد احمد شاہ نے کیا۔مجسمہ ساز انجم ایاز نے پتھروں کو تراش کر ان پر اسمائے حسنیٰ کنندہ کیے ہیں۔صدر آرٹس کونسل کراچی محمد احمد شاہ نے نمائش میں اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ انجم ایاز بہت بڑے فنکار ہیںانجم ایاز نے پتھروں کو تراش کر ان پر اسمائے حسنیٰ تراشے ہیں ۔یہ بہت ہی زبردست کام ہے جو انہوں نے کیا ہے۔انجم ایاز کا مشکور ہوں کہ انہوں نے نمائش کے لیے آرٹس کونسل کا انتخاب کیا۔مختلف پتھروں کی قسموں پر اللہ کے نام تراشے ہیں۔یہ ایک مشترکہ کاوش ہے آرٹس کونسل اور انجم ایاز کی۔ یہ نمائش تین دن جاری رہے گی ۔انور مقصود نے نمائش سے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جو لوگ انجم ایاز کوجانتے ہیں جو لوگ آرٹ کو جانتے ہیں جنہیں آرٹ کا شوق ہے وہ سب انجم ایاز کو مانتے ہیں۔انجم ایاز کا تعلق امروہہ سے ہے۔امروہہ کا کوئی آدمی خطاطی کے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتا۔امروہہ خطاطی کے بغیر ایسا ہے جیسے پاکستان بغیر پاک فوج کے۔ان کی والدہ ان کو کہا کرتی تھی کہ صرف خطاطی کرو۔ہیرا پتھر سے نکالا جاتا ہے انجم نے ہیروں سے پتھر نکالا ہے انہوں نے بہت جلدی بخشش کا سامان تیار کر دیا ہے ۔پاکستان میں اس قسم کے پتھر بھی موجود ہیں۔اللہ نے ہماری زمین پر بے شمار نعمتیں رکھی ہیں۔ انجم نے یہ پتھر نہ جانے کہاں سے ڈھونڈ نکالے ہیں۔اس طرح کے پتھر اپنی زندگی میں نہیں دیکھے۔انجم کے فن پارے آ پ کو چین ،جاپان دنیا بھر میں ہر جگہ ملیں گے۔جمی انجنیئرنے تقریب سے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ حیران کن بات ہے ہمارے ملک میں اس قدر خوبصورت پتھر ہیں جو ہمیں پتا ہی نہیں۔انجم ایاز نے جہاں بھی نمائش کی میں وہاں گیا۔احمد شاہ نے یہاں ہیرا لگا دیا ہے۔میں احمد شاہ کو دعا دیتا ہوں کہ آرٹس کونسل کو کہاں سے کہاں پہنچا دیا۔مجسمہ ساز انجم ایاز نے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ انور مقصود اپنی ذات میں ایک ہیں۔میرا واسطہ آرٹس کونسل کے ساتھ پرانا ہے۔میں احمد شاہ کو دعا دیتا ہوں انہوں نے آرٹس کونسل کو کہاں سے کہاں پہنچا دیا۔احمد شاہ نے فن کے لیے بہت کام کیا ہے میں نے پتھروں کو تراشنا شروع کیا اور ان پر اسمائے حسنی تراشے۔ہمارے ملک میں ہر قسم کا پتھر موجود ہے۔

Karachi () Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi organized an exhibition based on the beautiful works of renowned sculptor Anjum Ayaz in Jaun  Eliy Lawn . The exhibition was inaugurated by the well-known intellectual and writer Anwar Maqsood and the president of Arts Council Karachi Muhammad Ahmad Shah. Sculptor Anjum Ayaz carved the stones and put names of Allah on them. President Arts Council Karachi Muhammad Ahmad Shah spoke at the exhibition. He said that Anjum Ayaz is a great artist. Anjum Ayaz has carved stones and carved names of Allah on them. This is a great work that he has done. I am grateful to Anjum Ayaz for choosing the Arts Council for the exhibition. The names of Allah are carved on different types of stones. This is a joint effort of the Arts Council Karachi and Anjum Ayaz. This exhibition will continue for three days. Anwar Maqsood, expressing his views on the exhibition, said that those who know Anjum Ayaz, those who know art, who are fond of art, all believe in Anjum Ayaz. Anjum Ayaz belongs to Amroha. No man of Amruha can live without calligraphy. Amruha without calligraphy is like Pakistan without Pakistan Army. His mother used to tell him to do calligraphy only. They have prepared the material of forgiveness very quickly. There are also such stones in Pakistan. Allah has placed many blessings on our land. You will find Anjum’s works of art everywhere in China, Japan, and all over the world. Jimmy Engineer, speaking from the ceremony, said that It is surprising that there are so many beautiful stones in our country which we don’t know about. Wherever Anjam Ayaz exhibited, I went there. Ahmed Shah planted a diamond here. Sculptor Anjum Ayaz expressed his opinion and said that Anwar Maqsood is one of his own. I have an old relationship with the Arts Council. I pray to Ahmed Shah. “مولانا عباس انصاری “کے تعزیتی ریفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مختلف سیاسی و مذہبی جماعتوں کے قائدین اور سول سوسائٹی کے اراکین نے کہا کہ حریت رہنماوں کی لازوال قربانیوں کو فراموش نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ حریت کانفرنس کے سابق چیئر مین مولانا عباس انصاری سمیت حریت کانفرنس کے ان رہنماﺅں نے شیخ عبداللہ کے سیکولرازم کے آگے۔ بند باندھ کر جموں و کشمیر کے نوجوانوں کی بروقت رہنمائی کی اور نوجوانوں کو اسلامی معاشرے اورتحریک آزادی کو کشمیر سے مسلک کیا۔ اجلاس سے سابق اراکین سندھ اسمبلی محفوظ یار خان، میجر (ر) قمر عباس،، مجلس وحدت مسلمین کے علامہ باقر عباس زیدی،پی ٹی آئی کے رہنما اسرار عباسی، کالم نویس و تجزیہ نگار بشیر سدوزئی، حافظ امجد، حیدر امام،سید شاہد حسین، علامہ وحید یونس، علامہ قاری ادریس، منوج چوہان، اویس ربانی، نازیہ علی، جمشید حسین، ریحانہ عزیز، نسرین میمن، دعا ذبیر، عباس کشمیری، فرحان علی ایڈوکیٹ، زاہد حسین ایڈوکیٹ، شاہدہ علی، نبیل حسین سمیت سول سوسائٹی کے دیگر اراکین نے خطاب کیا۔ جب کہ مولانا عباس انصاری مرحوم کے صاحبزادے سجاد انصاری نے سری نگر سے ٹیلی فون پرخطاب بھی کیا۔شرکائے کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین کاکہنا تھا کہ کشمیر کا مسئلہ ایک نئے تاریخی موڑ میں داخل ہو چکا ہے جہاں کشمیری عوام کو ایک طرف بھارت کی جارحیت اور درندگی کا سامنا ہے وہاں ساتھ ساتھ عالمی سامراجی قوتوں کی جانب سے نت نئی سازشوں کا سامنا بھی ہے۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ طاقت ور ممالک کی طرف سے کشمیر پر ثالثی کرنے کی باتیں ہو رہی ہیں اس سے اشارے ملتے ہیں کہ جس کا مقصد کشمیر کو تقسیم اور مسئلہ کشمیر کو سبوتاز کرنا ہے۔ مقررین کاکہنا تھا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر پر ثالثی کا بہانہ بنا کر کشمیری عوام کی امنگوں کے بر خلاف بھارت کے ساتھ الحاق کرانے کی کسی گھناونی سازش کو قبول نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ مقررین کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کے عوام، سیاسی قیادت، سول سوسائٹی مسئلہ کشمیر پر بنائے گئے سیاہ منصوبوں کو کامیاب نہیں ہونے دیں گے۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ کشمیر کی تقدیر کا فیصلہ کشمیری عوام کو کرنا ہے چاہے وہ پاکستان کے ساتھ الحاق کریں یا پھر آزاد خود مختار ہو جائیں، دنیا کی کسی طاقت کو کوئی حق حاصل نہیں ہے کہ وہ کشمیر کی قسمت کا فیصلہ کریں۔ مقررین نے مزید کہا کہ فلسطین کا مسئلہ بھی فلسطینی عوام کے ہاتھ میں ہے تاہم دنیا کی کسی ریاست کو یہ حق حاصل نہیں ہے کہ فلسطین سے متعلق کوئی فیصلہ کرے جس میں فلسطین کے عوام کی امنگوں کی ترجمانی نہ ہو۔ مقرین نے مولانا عباس انصاری، سید علی گیلانی اشرف صحرائی اور دیگر حریت رہنماوں کی قربانیوں اور جدوجہد کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پاکستان کے عوام کشمیری حریت رہنماوں کو ہمیشہ یاد رکھیں گے اور آنے والی نسلوں کو تاریخ ساز حریت رہنماوں سے آشنا کرتے رہیں گے

The speakers said that the fate of Kashmir has to be decided by the Kashmiri people, whether they join Pakistan or become independent, no power in the world has any right to decide the fate of Kashmir. The speakers further said that the issue of Palestine is also in the hands of the Palestinian people, but no state in the world has the right to take any decision related to Palestine that does not reflect the aspirations of the Palestinian people.  Participants paid tribute to the sacrifices and struggle of Maulana Abbas Ansari, Syed Ali Geelani Ashraf Sehrai, and other Hurriyat leaders and said that the people of Pakistan will always remember the Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders and will introduce the future generations to the history-making Hurriyat leaders.

KARACHI ( ) Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi and Burushaski Research Academy organized a grand ceremony in connection with the 145th birth anniversary of His Highness Sultan Muhammad Shah Agha Khan 3rd  at Auditorium II. Among the speakers, Chief Guest Commissioner Karachi Mohammad Iqbal Memon, Secretary Arts Council Ejaz Farooqui, Lecturer Pakistan Studies, Urdu University, Syed Minhaj Mousavi, Director Clinical Science Division Hamdard Laboratories Dr. Hanan (Alig), Chairperson Department of Urdu, University of Karachi Dr. Uzma Farman, Advisor Burushaski. Research Academy Shahnaz Hanzai, Mushir Burushaski Research Academy and Assistant Professor Aga Khan Dr. Rubina Barolia and Fida-e-muk were also present on the occasion, the Ismaili community also participated in large numbers. Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon said that His Highness Sultan Muhammad Shah understood the importance of education from the first day. Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi announced to hold an art exhibition featuring the works of painters and sculptors from all over Pakistan to help flood victims.

KARACHI ( ) Arts Council of Pakistan karachi organized a press conference to help flood victims in Haseena Moin Hall in which President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah, Vice President Munawar Saeed, Secretary Arts Council Ijaz Ahmad Farooqui, Principal ACIAC Shahid Painter and artist Muhammad Zeeshan gave a briefing. On this occasion, the president of Arts Council Muhammad Ahmed Shah said that there is a terrible situation of floods in Pakistan. Even when there was an earthquake in Sindh in 2005, Arts Council played its full role. This flood is more terrible than the past. Two crore rupees were immediately given by the Arts Council Karachi to the flood relief fund. Trucks are being filled with rations  are being sent to different areas of Sindh. He said that we are distributing the ration in different areas of Sindh in a respectful manner. For the rehabilitation of the victims in the future. the Arts Council will also work, in this regard, a unique art exhibition is going to be held at the Arts Council  on 30^th September In which renowned sculptors and painters from across Pakistan have donated their creations, the exhibition also includes works by Sadiquain. Various singers including renowned singers Asim Azhar, Aima Baig, Young Stunner, Natasha Baig will perform the concert. The concert will be held at Karachi Gymkhana. Karachi () On the last day of the 3rd Women’s Conference held at Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, Bakhtawar Mazhar gave a dramatic performance on Sabahat Zahra’s writing “Chapa Bhar Asaman” Audiences flocked to the live music performances of renowned actor and singer Kaif Ghaznavi. کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں جاری دو روزہ تیسری وومن کانفرنس کے آخری روز ”VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT“پر سیشن کا انعقاد آڈیٹوریم I میں کیاگیا، جس میں امر سندھو، شیماکرمانی، نزہت شیریں، پروین رند نے عورتوں پر ہونے والے تشدد اور ہراساں کرنے سے متعلق اظہارِ کیا، اس موقع پر امبر سندھو نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ جو عورتیں اپنا گھر بچانے کے لیے تشدد سہتی ہیں وہ نہ خود کو بچاپاتی ہیں اور نہ اپنے گھر کو،افغانستان اور عراق سے زیادہ پاکستان میں مرنے والوں کی تعداد زیادہ ہے عورت کا اپنے شوہر، بھائی اور دیور اس کے قاتل ہیں، عورت کسی نہ کسی طرح تشدد کا شکار ہے، ایف آئی آر درج ہونے سے مجرم کی نشاندہی ہورہی ہے مگر ملزمان کا فیصلہ آنے میں 10سال لگ جاتے ہیں ہمیں اپنے جوڈیشری نظام کو بہتر بنانا ہوگا تاکہ اس کیس میں ملوث ملزمان کو جلد از جلد سزا مل سکے، شیما کرمانی نے کہاکہ تشدد صرف جسمانی ہی نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اس کی کئی اقسام ہیں جس میں عورت کو اجازت نہیں ملتی جو عورت کا حق ہونا چاہیے، ہمارے معاشرے میں سوشل دباﺅ اور جو سسٹم ہے وہ ہمیں اجازت نہیں دیتے کہ ہم ان کے خلاف کھڑے ہوں۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ عورت مارچ میں ہماری آواز کی ریکارڈنگ تبدیل کردی جاتی ہے یہ بھی ذہنی تشدد ہے، ہراسمنٹ کرنے والا ایک ملزم ہے ہمیں تشدد اور ہراس کرنے والوں کو سامنے لانا ہوگا روزانہ دو سے تین عورتیں اپنی عزت کھو بیٹھتی ہیں ایک سال میں 540عورتیں ریپ کا شکار ہوئیں اور ملزم اب تک آزاد گھوم رہے ہیں۔ نزہت شیریں نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ کوئی عورتوں کو آگے بڑھتا نہیں دیکھ سکتا، عورتوں کو اپنے حقوق کے لیے کہاں جانا ہے پتا ہی نہیں، وومن ڈیولپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو مزید بہتر بنانے کی ضرورت ہے، ہم تمام اداروں کے ساتھ مل کر کام کررہے ہیں تاکہ بہتر نتائج سامنے آسکیں، انہوں نے کہاکہ وومن یونیورسٹیز سے مرد وائس چانسلر کو ہٹاکر خواتین کو تعینات کیا جائے ، انہوں نے کہاکہ کئی کیسز ایسے ہیں جن کے چالان ہی جمع نہیں ہوتے۔ ہمیں یہ سوچنا ہوگا کہ عورت کو کس طرح مضبوط بنایا جائے تاکہ وہ اپنے حقوق کے لیے آواز اٹھا سکے، تشدد اور ہراسمنٹ کی شکار پروین رند نے کہاکہ ہم طالبات خودکشی نہیں کرتیں، ہمیں ہراسمنٹ پر مجبور کیا جاتا ہے، ڈر کے مارے ہم اپنی تعلیم حاصل نہیں کر پا رہے ہیں، بلیک میل اور ہراسمنٹ کرنے والے آزاد گھوم رہے ہیں، مجھے جان سے مارنے کی دھمکیاں دی جاتی ہیں میں ایپرل کی صورت میں کفن پہن کر گھر سے نکلتی ہوں، خواتین کو اپنے تحفظ کے لیے خود اقدامات کرنے ہوں گے تاکہ آئندہ اس قسم کے واقعات رونما نہ ہوسکیں۔ آخر میں امر سندھو نے پروین رند کو اس ظلم اور تشدد کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے پر سلام پیش کیا اور اپنے بھرپور تعاون کی یقین دہانی کرائی جبکہ معرو ف شاعرہ ڈاکٹر فاطمہ حسن نے پروین رند کی تعلیم کی ذمہ داری اپنے ذمے لی ، ہال میں موجود تمام خواتین نے ظلم کا شکار ہونے والی عورتوں کے حق میں کھڑے ہوکر ایک منٹ کی خاموشی اختیار کی۔

کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں دو روزہ تیسری وومن کانفرنس میں دوسرے سیشن ” GENDER INQUALITY“پر مہناز رحمن، انیس ہارون، عظمیٰ نورانی اور ہانی بلوچ نے گفتگو کی جبکہ نظامت کے فرائض عظمیٰ الکریم نے انجام دیئے۔ اس موقع پر مہناز رحمن نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ ہمارے معاشرے میں خود غرضی کا رجحان زیادہ پایا جاتا ہے، یہاں طبقاتی نظام ہے، ضروری نہیں کہ اس میں عورتوں کو ہی دبایا جائے بلکہ مردوں میں مزدور طبقہ بھی اس کا شکار ہے، موجودہ حالات سے نمٹنے کے لیے مردوں کو خواتین کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے ہونا پڑے گا، اگر عورت باہر جاکر کام کررہی ہے تو مرد کو بھی چاہیے کہ گھر کے کام کاج میں عورت کا ہاتھ بٹائے،انیس ہارون نے کہاکہ ہم عورتیں بہت عاجزی اور کسمپرسی سے کام لیتی ہیں، صبر، گھر گھرستی، بچوں کی تخلیق، دکھ، سکھ ہرچیز کو عورت برداشت کرتی ہے جتنی قوت عورتو ںمیں ہوتی ہے وہ مردوں میں نہیں ہوتی، ہم یہ نہیں کہتے کہ برتر ہیں کم از کم برابری کی سطح پر عورت کو قبول کیا جانا چاہیے، دونوں گاڑی کے دو پہیوں کی طرح ہیں، آج کے دور میں یہ بہت بڑا المیہ ہے کہ ہم یہ ابھی تک سمجھ نہیں پائے ہیں کہ عورت کی عزت اور اہمیت کتنی ہے، ہمیں عورتوں کے حقوق کو سمجھنا ہوگا ،عظمیٰ نورانی نے کہاکہ ہمارا آئین تفریق کے خلاف ہے، عورتوں اور مردوں کے درمیان تفریق عورتوں کی ترقی میں بہت بڑی رکاوٹ ہے جب تک اسے دور نہیں کیا جائے گا کوئی معاشرہ ترقی نہیں کرسکتا، ہمارے معاشرے میں بیٹی کی بہ نسبت بیٹا پیدا ہونے پر زیادہ خوشی کا اظہار کیا جاتا ہے، عورت کو گھر کی ماسی سمجھا جاتا ہے، ہمارے ہاں بچیوں کو تعلیم سے روک دیا جاتا ہے ، ہانی بلوچ نے کہاکہ ہم عورتوںمسائل کے ساتھ ساتھ اگر حل کی تدابیر بھی طرف جائیں تو بہت فائدہ ہوگا، دراصل مرد عورت کو ایک چیز کی طرح سمجھتا ہے ،ہمیں سوشل انسٹیٹیوٹ کے ذریعے لوگوں کو آگاہی فراہم کرنی ہوگی تاکہ پڑھا لکھا معاشرہ تشکیل پاسکے۔

President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmed Shah, Zubaida Mustafa, Sultana Siddiqui, Fatima Hassan, Anis Haroon, Noorul Hadi Shah, Qudsia Akbar, Mehnaz Rehman, Prof. Ijaz Farooqi, and others participated while Dr. Huma Mir performed the duties of director. کراچی ( )آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں دو روزہ تیسری وومن کانفرنس کے پہلے روز ”WOMEN’S HEALTH: Physical, Mental“پر تیسرے سیشن کا انعقاد کیاگیا جس میں صوبائی وزیر صحت عذرا پیچوہو، ڈاکٹر عائشہ میاں، ڈاکٹر ہما حسن، ڈاکٹر روبینہ حسین اور حنا امبرین طارق نے اظہارِ خیال کیا جبکہ نظامت کے فرائض کوثر ایس خان نے انجام دیے۔ صوبائی وزیر صحت عذرا پیچوہو نے کہاکہ ہمیں اپنے سسٹم کو بدلنے کی ضرورت ہے، عورت اپنے حق کے لیے آواز نہیں اٹھاتی جو کہ تشویش ناک بات ہے، ہمیں تمام مسائل کا مل کر حل نکالنا ہوگا جس میں خاندانی منصوبہ بندی سب سے اہم ہے، کمپلین مڈوائف کا سسٹم بنادیا ہے، ہمیں پریشر کو کم کرنا ہوگا، اپنے سسٹم کا دائرہ کار بڑھا رہے ہیں تاکہ کسی قسم کی کوئی پریشانی کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے، ڈاکٹر عائشہ میاں نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ ہمیں یہ دیکھنا ہوگاکہ مریض کے ساتھ کیا مسائل ہیں جس میں خاندانی ہسٹری کو بھی سامنے رکھنا چاہیے، انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم مینٹل ہیلتھ کو ہیلتھ کا حصہ ہی نہیں سمجھتے اگر عورت پیٹ سے ہے تو اس کے آس پاس خوب صورت بچوں کی تصاویر رکھ دی جاتی ہیں بچے کی پیدائش کے دوران ہمیں دماغی طور پر عورت کو خوش رکھنا چاہیے کسی بھی قسم کی دماغی پریشانی ماں اور بچے دونوں کے لیے نقصان دے ثابت ہوسکتی ہے، فیملی فزیشن حنا امبرین طارق نے کہاکہ پاکستان میں بہت کم لوگ یہ جانتے ہیں کہ فیملی میڈیسن کیا ہے ، فیملی فزیشن مریض کا کاونسلر ہوتا ہے، وہ ہر لیول پر مرض کی کاونسلنگ کرتا ہے اگر اسے کوئی مرض ہے یا وہ ڈپریشن کا شکار ہے تو کاﺅنسلنگ سے ہی پتا چلتا ہے کہ ہمیں کیا کرنا ہے، آج کی خواتین خاندانی منصوبہ بندی کے لیے فیملی میڈیسن کی بجائے انجکشن لگوانے پر انحصار کرتی ہیں ،ڈاکٹر ہما حسن نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ عورتیں خود پر توجہ دینا ہی نہیں چاہتیں وہ بچوں میں الجھ چکی ہیں، آج کے دور میں عورت کو پتا ہی نہیں کہ معاشرہ کتنا ترقی کرچکا ہے، خواتین کو اپنے دل کی بات شیئر کرنی چاہیے کونسلنگ کی ضرورت ہے جہاں کسی قسم کی شرم اور جھجھک نہیں ہونی چاہیے، ڈاکٹر روبینہ حسین نے کہاکہ آج بھی عورت ڈرتی ہے جس کی وجہ سے اس پر ہونے والے ظلم و ستم سامنے نہیں آپاتے، اسلام نے عورتوں کے لیے بہت آسانیاں رکھی ہیں خواتین کو اپنی طاقت کا اندازہ کرنا ہوگا ۔

کراچی ( ) آرٹس کونسل آف پاکستان کراچی میں دو روزہ تیسری وومن کانفرنس میں ثمینہ نذیر کا تھیٹر”دریچہ“ پیش کیا گیا، میوزک اکیڈمی کی طالبات نے پڑھنت کی، کلاسیکل ڈانسر فرح یاسمین شیخ اور زاشانے ملک نے زبردست کتھک ڈانس پیش کرکے خوب داد وصول کی جبکہ جون ایلیائ لان میں ACMA the Band نے احسن باری کے ساتھ محفل میں خوب رنگ جمایا، لان میں موجود شائقین زبردست میوزیکل پرفارمنس پر جھومتے رہے ACMA the Band
