Students from Central District participated in Youth Festival with great enthusiasm and energy

The District Competition- Central of Karachi Youth Festival 2017-18 began with Declamation category. Students from Central division of the city participated in the category with great enthusiasm and energy. Each of them spoke on very relevant topics. The attendees including teachers and students cheered loudly for the participants.


The second category of the District Competition- Central of Karachi Youth Festival 2017-18 was Theatre. All the students presented their plays with interesting stories and characters. The attendees including teachers and students encouraged them with applause and cheers.


The final category of the District Competition- Central of Karachi Youth Festival 2017-18 was Singing. All the participants sang their hearts out in their performances and made the attendees including teachers and fellow students dance and sing along to their tunes and melodies.


The competition closed with a live performance featuring one of the finalists of Pepsi Battle of the Bands BADNAAM. They performed to a number of popular crowd favorite songs and won the hearts of the audience. Everyone in the jam packed auditorium was dancing and applauding during their performance.


The competition came to it’s end with prize distribution ceremony. The principals and head mistresses and DEOs were presented with shields to thank them for their cooperation by Information Minister of Sindh Nasir Hussain Shah. He thanked them for their cooperation and support during the program.

Later, the winners of the competition were awarded with medals by Chief Guest for the event Information Minister Nasir Hussain Shah. He also announced cash prize of Rs 1000 for all the participants of the day. At the occasion, he urged the attendees to work hard and focus on their education. President of ACP Mohammad Ahmed Shah was also present at the stage. He also presented Minister Shah with a bouquet. With that, the event came to it’s end.
