ACIAC is non-profit institution with a highly subsidized fees structure which making education accessible to a large section of society and prepares them or careers in Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Textile Design. In 51 years of its existence, the ACIAC Alumni has made a significant contribution to the cultural life of the city and country. Many of its graduates are prominent of artists of the country among them are Shaje Kazmi, Sania Kazmi, Imran Mir, Azra Fatmee, A.G. Khalid, Rouf Khalid, Nahid Raza, Shakil Siddiqui, Akram Spaul, Noor jehan Bilgrami, Tabinda Chinoy, Shakil Ismail, Omer Farid, Fasih Uddin Qureshi, Ahmer Ali Qazmi and Mansur Salim, Shehroz Wania, Sabah Naqvi, Masood Omar, Shaikh Rashid Siddiqui, Faizi Seema Tahir. Its faculty has included renowned artist like Ozzir Zebi, Afsar Madad Naqvi, Liaquat Hussain, Bashir Mirza, Maqsood Ali, Mansoor Aye, Masood Kohari, Rasheed Ahmed Arshad, Maqsood Ali, Qudsia Nisar, Mehr Afroz, Mrs. Matri, Saima Rouf, Rubina Ashraf, Shahrukh Baqi, Farhan Ihsan, Munir Shah, Sadiq, Kamran Hamid, among others. ACIAC was ream to bring at education of excellence to the talented young of all economic group of the city. The work and interest of students prove that there is no dearth of talent in the country. In his words the Pakistani youth are very talented and if guided and encouraged, they can do marvels in any field. Furthermore the institute was providing young artists with excellent opportunities against meager fees. Pakistani youth have the ability to bring the country to one of the most prominent positions in the art world. The need of the hour is to provide them with proper guidance and opportunities.
Principal:
Mr. Shahid Rassam is a renowned Pakistani Canadian painter and sculptor. He dabbles in writing and is a passionate rights activist and educationist. He is the Principal of Arts Council Central Institute of Arts and Craft, Pakistan. Shahid has exhibited his work around the world, including the UK, USA, Canada, France, Italy, UAE, India, and Pakistan. Famous writer and art critic Dr. Akbar Naqvi has done a critical analysis of his work in his book “Sense and Insanity.”Shahid plays the bridge between various genres of art and prominent writers like, Mushtaq Ahmed Yusufi, Anwar Maqsood, Zehra Nigah, Iftikhar Arif, Kishwar Naheed, and Gulzar have praised his extraordinary contribution to the world of art. Over time, Shahid has practiced and experimented with various schools and style of painting. He has also done portraits of leaders like Nelson Mandela, Benazir Bhutto, Justin Trudeau, Hazel McCallion, Salman Taseer, Hilary Clinton, Shahbaz Bhatti, Pope Francis and many great writers and poets.

4 years Diploma & 2 years certificate affiliated with SBTE, a detailed learning will be developed in the above mentioned disciplines.
1 year certificate taught as an internal course at ACIAC
