Allama Iqbal cared deeply for many orphans. Dr. Taqi has done a remarkable job with this book. I am very thankful to Dr. Taqi for providing me the opportunity to discuss this book. Dr. Taqi showers us with kindness. On this occasion, President of the Arts Council, Muhammad Ahmed Shah said that Taqi Sahib holds a special place in our hearts. He is a renowned doctor and poet.

They have dedicated their lives to culture. They have published seventy books. The content within their book is as heavy as the book itself. In this program, we all have boundless love because the path from heart to heart is one. Dr. Fatima Hassan, while expressing her thoughts Said that a person’s recognition is based on whatever they are. Taqi Abidi’s greatness is that he never made his ego known to anyone.

I spent seven days with him in a literary caravan, but he never gave anyone a chance to complain. Taqi Abidi has also conducted research in this book. This is not his first book on Iqbal; he has previously published books on Iqbal too. Understanding the artist requires looking at both the art and the personality. I congratulate Taqi Abidi on the launch of this book. In his remarks,

Dr. Taqi Abidi, the author of the book, said while expressing his thoughts that the conversation was made lively by the spirit of the Arts Council. I consider Ahmed Shah as the doctor of literature and a lawyer of Urdu. What the Arts Council, Karachi, is doing is not an easy task. Ahmed Shah has a skill that he carries with him everywhere. I completed this 700-page book in 8 years. I have benefited from every book I have read. The writer’s job is to know what should be written in a particular era.

I am thankful to the Arts Council’s vibrant spirit who initiated this conversation. Duties of the Moderater were performed by Shakil Khan.
