Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Organized thesis display of final year students of Arts Council Institute of Arts and Crafts

 Art Council of  Pakistan Karachi Openned  its door  to Showcase the  talent of its final year batch of 2022 on Thursday . Six students of Arts Council Institute of Arts and Crafts have exhibited their works. Thesis show was inaugurated by President of Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah, Principal of ACIAC Shahid Rasam, well-known actor Sajid Hasan.

Member Governing Body Asjad Bukhari and Chairman Media and Publication Committee Bashir Sadozai were also present on this occasion. Expressing his opinion, President  Arts Council of  Pakistan Karachi Muhammad Ahmed Shah said that the work of all students is amazing. These students belong to the working class, the difficulties these students are going through in their lives, they have tried to describe this struggle through their works. Behind these pictures are their stories. The work of these artists has just started selling. Their solo exhibitions are being organized and art lovers have started buying his masterpieces, he added, “I am proud of all of you . The hard work of the students and our guidance has become a success story. Like our students.” The work is not done in any institution. This is my effort to make these students feel proud that we are the graduate students of Arts Council Karachi. I am the head of the institution from which these children have studied. It is a matter of pride for me. Shahid Rasam, Principal of Arts Council Institute of Arts and Crafts, speaking at the opening ceremony, said that six years ago, these students started their journey and did not think that the destination would be so bright. Every artist has his own story. Let me tell you that Behzad works in a mechanic’s shop, today he is a shining star. Jawad used to work in a paint shop in Lyari. Today, his work is no less than a professional.. Among the students who presented works of art painting, sculpture and textile design are Jawad Jan, Ramsha Khan, Behzad Ahmed, Aneela Arshad, Armash Saleem, Rida Ali Shah. Exhibition will be   continue till  31st  December at the Ahmed Parvez Art Gallery of the Arts Council of  Pakistan Karachi
