“Tarinder Gul”, a Sindhi translation of Dr. Fatima Hassan’s poetry

These views were expressed by eminent personalities of poetry and literature while addressing the launching ceremony of the book “Tarinder Gul”, a Sindhi translation of Dr. Fatima Hassan’s poetry collection in collaboration with Arts Council of Pakistan last evening.

This translation has been done by the famous Sindhi poet Sindhu Pirzado. In his presidential address, renowned poet Imdad Hussaini said that man separates one from another while languages ​​combine with each other. Languages ​​have been related to each other for centuries. He said that poetry is read but not tested. Of course, testing the imagination reveals many positive aspects. He said that Fatima Hassan’s poetry mentions the people of Sindh, the soil and the fields, as she has lived in Bengal, therefore her poetry also mentions the natural environment and beauty there. He said that everything that has been written in the world is the heritage of people all over the world. In her speech, Dr. Fatima Hassan said that she is very happy that her poetry is being talked about today. He said that what he wrote was not wasted. He said that he also wanted a house in Bhatshah, the city of Shah Abdul Latif. Bhatshah’s land looks good, his soul is relieved. ۔ Shabnam Gul, a well-known Sindhi poet, said that Fatima Hassan is a very sensitive poetess who has felt the depths of life and has portrayed what she has felt in her poems. Seventy seems like a complete poem to me. Fatima Hassan knows the art of bringing ideas into poetry in a better way and from a different angle. She said that the success of a poet lies in the fact that he translates every era through poems. happens. The translator of the book Sindhu Pirzada said that she has been very much influenced by the poetry of Fatima Hassan and for a long time she wanted to translate her poems into Sindhi. Every emotion is found in the poems of I am very happy today. Rehmat Pirzada, Dr. Saba Sahiba, Shah Zaman Bhangar and others also addressed the function. Fatima Hassan’s birthday cake was also cut on this occasion.
