Korean Cultural Day was organized by Korean Consulate Karachi at the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi on 17th October 2019 at AC Auditorium, Arts Council Karachi.
What a night it was…filled with colors rainbow and music
One thing that must be said is Koreans are for sure a happy nation and hardworking people
A one of a kind event which had limited passes got a crazy response from the audience.
President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmed Shah addressed the Consul General of Korea and said, “I would like to thank the Consul General of the Republic of Korea 🇰🇷 for showcasing your traditions and arts in Pakistan 🇵🇰I was surprised to see your instruments which were a look alike of many of our traditional instruments to which an idea strike my mind which is how about if we(Arts Council Karachi) collaborate with you (Jeaolabuk-do Provincial Institute of Performing Arts) and create a fusion of Pakistani and Korean music and instruments; I am sure that this would be a very unique and creative combination of music.”
We, at Arts Council of Pakistan always welcome diversity and change, and this cultural night was one of the steps towards the betterment of society where we as an independent organization contribute our efforts in providing entertainment and extra curricular activities to the residents of Karachi which is an essential.
