Adabi Committee (Sher-o-Sukhan) of Arts Council Karachi arranged the Jashn-e-Azadi Mushaira & Solidarity with Kashmir in connection with Independence Day 2019 celebrations. A large number of poets from across the Karachi participated in the Mushaira held at Manzar Akbar Hall, Arts Council. Renowned poet Anwar Shaoor was the Chief guest of the occasion. While addressing the gathering chief guest said that the national flag is a sign of dignity, honour and prosperity for the whole nation. He said that it was the duty of every Pakistani to respect the national flag and to show the solidarity with Kashmir and send the clear message to whole nations that the entire Pakistani nation stands in solidarity with them & against Indian fascist oppression.
