For the upcoming election of Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, sixty-four candidates submitted their nomination forms for 17 positions. Four for president, six for vice president, six for secretary, four for join secretary, six for treasurer, and thirty-eight members submitted their nominations form for the governing body. The last date for the submission of nomination form was 12 December at 05:00 PM for the upcoming elections for the year 2019-20 will be held on 23 December. For the transparency Assistant  Commissioner, Chief election commissioner and commissioner Karachi were present at the election camp office up righted in the promises of Arts Council. For the president ship, four people Muhammad Ahmed Shah, Muhammad Aslam, Najim Ud Din Shaikh, and Qari Muhammad Sadaqat Ali submitted their nomination form. Najim Ud Din Shaikh, Mubashir Mir, Athar Waqar Azam, Muma Mir, Muhammad Iqbal Latif and Munawar Saeed submitted their forms for the vice president where Najim Ud Din Shaikh, Muhammad Aslam, Mubashir Mir, Ejaz Ahmed Farooqi and Qudsia Akbar submitted their nominations form for the secretary of Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi for the Year 2019-20. For the position of Joint Secretary Syed Muhammad Faisal Nadeem, Faheen Ahmed Siddiqui, Asjid Hussain Bukhari, and Khalid Ariyan are the candidates where for the treasurer Syed Muhammad Faisal Nadeem, Faheen Ahmed Siddiqui, Huma Mir, Qudsia Akbar, Haseena Moeen, and Jaafar Aziz submitted their nomination forms. Syed Nasim Ahmed Shah, Syed Muhammad Aslam Shah, Anwar Raza, Seema Hafeez, Shaikh Javed Mahboob, Sabhat Bukhari, Muhammad Ali Shayeki, Wasal Haider, Zulfiqar Haider Khuram, Umair Ali Anjim, Muhammad Nayeen Tahir, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, Ghaza Arif , Mumtaz Raza Siyal, Mansoor Zubari, Syed Abdul Basit, Qandeel Jahfari, Talat Hussain, Asjid Hussain Bukhari, Uzma Al Karim, S.M.
