Recognition Ceremony in honor of Dr. Irfan Shah on receiving his doctorate degree Ph.D on the  the topic of “شان الحق حقی فنی و تحقیقی مطالعہ”. The program was organized by Youth Committee, Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi and was held on 21st April 2018 at Manzar Akbar Hall, Arts Council.
