Dr. Perviz Mistry’s book “Caring for the special child” was unveiled in a ceremony today 19th April, 2017  in Arts Council. The book talks about how special children suffering from diseases like autism and cerebral palsy deserve extra love and care. Director Special Education Govt of Sindh JHAMAN DAS RATHI also spoke at the event. Chairperson Adabi Committee Arts Council, Ms. Haseena Moin was also present.
